“Look, it’s jollibee. The burgers are decent and it’s fast food. The spaghetti joy does seem a little less “I’m gonna get the betus” but it’s good. Honestly, every time we can, we always smuggle back yumm burgers, those things are awesome!! However, it is Hawaii, so here it is a tad expensive.“

“So good! Driving up to the North Shore from the airport we wanted something local. Family owned. No frills just awesome chicken. So juicy. We all had sandwiches and the pulled chicken is more like chunks with some pulled. Not overly shredded. And not doused with sauce. Just a nice enhancement. We had the melts and they were delicious. The bread is crusty but soft inside. An easy bite. And my son loved his Cajun fries. Off street parking in the rear.“

“Absolutely phenomenal! I came through drive-through to pick up a mobile order only to find that they didn’t have any record of it in the system. However, the staff quickly assessed the problem which was that I had placed the order for the next day. Rather than turning me away, or asking me to replace the order, the manager quickly and expertly triaged with the Staff, and I received my food within minutes. The manager even credited my online order payment to the meal I received so that I wouldn’t have to go online to cancel and refund the mobile order. They fixed my mistake with impeccable professionalism and courtesy. The team at the Kaneohe branch demonstrates rarely-seen levels of customer service. Thank you!“

“Today 4/23/2026 we ordered food to go (Kalihi location) via the APP. Fried chicken Sides: mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and biscuits. The FC was very good, crispy, tender/juicy and seasoned just right. We stopped going to KFC years ago because of poor quality. They don’t come close to JOLLIBEE! My order was ready pretty quickly around 1245p. Kudos to the staff who prepared our food. When I got home, the chicken was still very warm too.“

“Food is delicious as always. The disappointment was that I couldn’t use their app to get rewards OR to use rewards… I can understand it if it’s just not a thing at this location, BUT they are advertising the Rewards program on their windows… and yet they “don’t have a scanner” to scan the codes…“

“I’ve been on island (Oahu) for 31 years now, I’ve been to all the 4 and 5 star restaurants, this is easily the best customer service experience I’ve had anywhere, ever.! Food was excellent, establishment clean - fantastic and customer service even better. “Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“

“Popeyes is so darn good...
They've got indoor seating area that they share with burgerking. Kind of like a small food court, gets really busy around 12:00pm on the drive thru so I would recommend going inside around that time.
Drive thru starts clearing out around 1:00pm
Very empty on weekends.“
