“This place deserves the best rating for the best fried chicken in the island - regardless of price point. I understand the crowds and lines of people always waiting for the fried chicken (the other main dish offerings, I’m not so sure). If you love fried chicken, you will love this fast food place (keeping in mind, that the lines renders the concept of ‘fast food’ relative). Notwithstanding any wait, the fried chicken is always freshly made and hot & tasty.“

“Took forever even with an online order before I arrived. However the order was 100% correct and everything was tasty and fresh. So I don't mind waiting as long as it's all good. The Kaneohe and Mililani locations always get our order wrong sometimes even the wrong meal totally. The person that helped did apologize and say it had been an extremely busy day and they had alot of online orders that piled up. I appreciated he addressed it and it happens. He was very polite so I still have 5 stars overall.“

“Workers are very nice and accommodating. Although they don't have electricity, they were organized and handled the ordered quickly. Had to pay cash though. The Guy was very nice, forgot his name but he was very good on handling the food.“

“Had the 4pc chicken tenders and beer ($3). Tenders were very juicy and crispy. Split the seasoning and had Cajun and Garlic Parmesan. Both were very good but would lean towards the cajun as it was a dry rub. Can't beat $3 Bikini Blonde draft beers!“

“I love this place and always have. I have been patronizing chick-fil-a since the 80s before they even had stand alone restaurants. They were similar to hot dog on a stick sized shops. You can never go wrong with them either.. They are off on the day of resurrection which is respectable and Im sure appreciated by its employees. They hold true to their values and will succeed because of God.“

“First time at Nona. Had some friends who visited and wanted a place to get good dinner. Nona was easily the top choice. We had Slick Rick and OG sando, honey cochujong wings and the SPV wings. So good. If you want great food, awesome service and nice people, can’t top Nona.“

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

No issues with service.

Atmosphere is pretty much the shared food hall, not too noise with good number of seats around the floor.“

“Excellent service. Chicken sandwich was great. Didn't like the fries that much. Dining was being renovated, so not much seating area. Music too loud. Overall good experience.“
