“Uncle's Chicken is a small chicken shop located near Sakana in Kalihi. I placed a 5 chicken sandwich order around 11:20 and was quoted 15 minutes. I left downtown to grab the food right after and my food was ready by the time I got there. Very impressive chicken sandwich. I got the spicy one and it was only spicy in certain parts of my sandwich, which is why I gave minus one star. It seems like I was eating the original sandwich and put hot sauce in one spot of my sandwich. Other than that, the chicken was moist and crispy. The bread was so good. Seemed like a sweet bread bun. Definitely put the sandwich together. I think one thing I wish they included was pickles. That would make the sandwich complete! I would definitely come back if I was ever in the area. Their boba drinks look very impressive too.“
“My cousin ordered Bentos from these guys for my mom's memorial service, and it was delicious! The fried fish, chicken and beef were so good, and I loved how the Bentos were setup a long with their colorful logo stickers. Will definitely order from them in the future for our events or even just drop in when we're feeling hungry.“
“This is just hands down really good chicken. They don't have alot of options but you can choose either wings or boneless. We had the boneless garlic with honey I feel like the sauce could be better mixed not just honey poured onto the wings. The chicken was still good though. We also had regular wings and soy and garlic and all of the chicken was cooked great. The only gripe I have is that they should have a 6 peice they kind of force you to pay a hefty price for 10 pieces at $17.99-18.99. They should either have a 6 piece for $10 or atleast a combination where you can try all of the flavors. Definitely worth a try maybe share a couple of them with your family as a snack. Having the option for a side of rice for $2 was also a nice gesture.“
“We got here about an hour before closing. All the chairs were already up. I'm not sure if they're still not doing dine in or they were just getting ready to close. We looked at the menu and decided to get a Jumbo Plate ($21.99) which was a whole chicken with three sides. We got white rice, corn and mac salad for our sides. The cashier asked us if we wanted the chicken cut into pieces and that it would be $1 more. Since we were sharing the plate we figured that would be easier, so we forked over the dollar. The food was decent. It wasn't the best huli huli chicken that I've had, but it was moist and tender. I like my chicken drenched in huli sauce. If you look at my pics, no sauce.“
“Impressed by the setup using counters that people normally are seated at to accommodate extremely long lines of customers. Most food court vendors have two or up to four workers. It was impressive Chick-fil-A seemed to have at least 10 workers. Truly the company had been blessed for taking a firm stand for Godly values a few years ago when it was the norm to bow to pressures supporting ungodliness.“
“The food is quite expensive but very delicious. I always go for the regular bone-in fried chicken. It is so crispy, juicy, and salty where the meat falls right off the bone. I have always had pleasant encounters with the cashiers and workers. They have been really nice and helpful. The inside is quite small with only a few chairs or tables. I always just take mine to go. Additionally, the parking lot can, at times, be difficult to leave depending on which direction you are going. Many times, people have not let me merge on to go up Waialae and I have had to wait a few cycles of lights in order to get through. The parking lot is also very tight and awkwardly shaped so be mindful of that if planning to park right there.“

“T&L Market is the classic hole in the wall establishment. Their menu is simple yet diverse. Plate lunches, dim sum, burgers and fries and even some pastries. The parking can be a little tricky as there are only a couple stalls. Even if you get a stall up front it is a little challenging to back out on to the road. Good thing there are a fair amount of street parking not that far away. I've tried the fried chicken (very good), Teri beef (good), Chicken katsu (good), pork belly, aka lechon(very good), pork hash (good), Teri burger (average), fries (average) and bento (good). The food is not gourmet but it is very reasonably priced. I've visited them on consecutive weekends and spent about $45 on each visit. The food did take a little bit to come out but it was too be expected as I ordered 5 different things. I'd give the service a 4 out of 5. “It always seems crowded but the lines moves fairly quick. The chicken fingers are always soft with a light crunch to it. The bread is delicious and chewy. Fries are hot and fresh. The sauce is very different. I would say better than ChikfilA in my opinion.Free parking in the building in the back.“
“Ala Moana Food Court Street level is very crowded tonight. I dared to venture here to redeem my free Cane's 4 piece box combo. I had signed up awhile back for the card and I received an email informing me that the combo meal is now loaded on my card gratis! There was a 30 day period given to redeem. I encountered a long line, and when I reached the cashier, he met me with a smile and I informed him of the free combo. He was extremely polite and needed assistance from the manager. Both were very nice, even with the long line of people behind me. Service was 5 out of 5 stars. Everything was executed perfectly and I received my 4 piece combo with two Cole slaw orders, crinkle fries and a drink. All gratis! The chicken tenders were crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. The fries were hot and fresh. The Cole slaw was on the sweeter side. Food rated a 4 out of 5 stars. Ambiance was 2 out of 5. This food court was a mess. Spilled drinks on the table. Food on the table and floors. Over crowded and therefore way too much noise.“
“It's chicken for dinner... Well some for dinner as I found myself in Hawaii Kai and knowing mom wanted some chicken thinking this would be the best option as it was pretty late and I wasn't in the mood to do a search. Raising Cane's is in Hawaii Kai Towne Center a lovely spacious location with lots of free parking a few just steps from their front door and as i entered the greet i received felt very warm and friendly and though their menu is very simple the staff obviously was aware I was unsure as I stared in the abyss trying to decide...stepped away giving me full view of their menu board which gave me comfort and not felt rushed. I ordered the Caniac which included 6 chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, two Texas toast, Cole slaw and two Cane's Sauce...I don't do slaw and got an extra Texas toast instead so we don't have to share it lol! It all came just a few cents from twenty bucks but since I'm sharing it I thought it was well worth it and it came out fast and hot the quality of the chicken was just fresh and cooked perfectly. Definitely winner chicken dinner! Thank you!“

“I had never been to a Raising Kane before, and my goodness, it is delicious!! The chicken tenders were juicy, and their special sauce is unbelievable. They also serve Texas toast, which is delicious. Go here. It's one of the best fast food restaurants I've been to.
