“Got the Hawaiian burger, very good stuff. Was made medium as it should be, if you want otherwise you need to ask. The portion of fries is more than enough, only downside is the fries were not seasoned a lot, the ones that were seasoned though were tasty. I'm not big on crinkle cut ones but it's fine with this burger.“

“Like the other reviewer said, you know it’s good when you see the owners’ kids sitting in the front doing their homework (hopefully).Coming from LA, this is the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. Flavoring, spice level, juiciness, and crispiness were all top notch.

“Long line to order but they have their system down. Didn't take long to get my order. They give you a buzzer so you know when your order is ready. No need to wait around for nothing. Wait area is small & traffic is heavy in that area with other establishments.“

“Plenty of ‘ono, ready-to-eat options like lumpia, pork hash and fried noodles with minimal wait time for plates. What the place lacks in size and seating options, it makes up for in nostalgia and aloha. It's reminiscent of Hawai‘i of old; think manapua man but with elevated fare. For the price, you can't beat the portion sizes, quality or service!“

“Im not sure where all these people went that are complaining about how bad it was but i hit the spot in downtown crossing boston for my very first trip to one and was an absolutely incredible meal. tenders were tender flavorful and juicy the texas toast was awesome the whole meal came out perfect. i was already on about a 3 mile boston adventure so i opted for the lemonade instead of my usual soda with meal and i will always get the lemondae. awesome job guys!“

“Take out only. Omg this K-pop chicken was amazing! Even the chicken tenders. Quick service. Hidden gem located next to Asahi Grill , must try!! Korean Chicken meets Island 🏝 there’s limited parking on street , but prices are well worth it and cheap and they give a lot!“

“Slightly costly, but overall good flavor and a decent amount of food.

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

No issues with service.

Atmosphere is pretty much the shared food hall, not too noise with good number of seats around the floor.“

“I appreciated having a canes in Hawaii! My girls loved the familiarity and I loved the fact that I could get a gallon to tea to take with us. Food was good. Service was nice and fast! It’s in a food court but we never had trouble finding some where to sit. We did have to clean our table.“

“Food is good and easy to find the location with parking but the drive-through is a disaster. If you entire the mall during busy hours. You probably won't even be able to get out of the parking lot even if you got the food because the long line blocked the exit.“

“Ordered large butter chicken when I arrived. Better to order ahead. Takes 15 minutes if you order when you arrive. Chicken was very good and well packaged - they put in an open basket when they learned I was taking it to a party.
Take out is expected, there are only two small tables to sit while you wait for your chicken.“

“Used the drive through. The service was quick, friendly and efficient even with a decent line of cars. The only downside to this Chick-fil-A is their minimal space causing the drive thru line to feed into the road. I wouldn't hold that against the staff here. Also, on the plus side if the line stays you can get back on the road fairly easy on the other side.“
