Our person who took our order was super friendly and she smiled the whole time. She had the Aloha spirit.
You guys need to hire a new manager. She was yelling at the workers and the customers. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. I felt so bad for the workers.

KFC offers a consistent dining experience, with fast and courteous service. The food is well-cooked and tasty, though the quality is average compared to other KFC locations. The restaurant could benefit from improved lighting and staffing levels, but the hardworking employees strive to maintain the brand's traditional service standards.
