Best chicken in Hawaii 🔥🔥
Good chicken,
Just ordered a whole chicken plate,
Had them chop the chicken in pieces which cost a $1 more. BUT!! After I left to my office to eat I notice my chicken wasn’t hot. Literally within 5mins of leaving but my food ain’t hot.
Y’all literally just pulled the chicken out the fridge and warmed it up. I literally thought I was paying for a HOT PLATE.

We were in town for a few days and heard this place has the best local chicken. The location is a little out of the way from where we were staying in Waikiki. But the chicken.. the chicken was delicious! Huli Huli chicken is what they call it, kind of like slow roasted chicken. Great spot, wish we had something like this in California that we could goto for post workout gains. Will be back the next time we're in town.

Koala Moa Restaurant & Catering serves roadside chicken that reminds of roadside chicken on the big Island. The chicken has phenomenal great smoke flavor, garlic, and herbs. Menus include lemon chicken, ribs, and Hulu chicken. Customers praise the juicy chicken that melts in the mouth and the salty lemonade. Service is quick and friendly. Parking is tight because the area is shared with other food establishments, but there is one handicap stall by the entrance and several tables inside for those who want to eat on site. Some visits near closing time find the chicken a bit dried and salty, especially the leg parts and wing parts, though the fats keep them moist and juicy. Warm chickens are especially juicy. The owner talks to customers and the restaurant stays a little gem that many say will keep the hype.
