Excellent service. Chicken sandwich was great. Didn't like the fries that much.
Dining was being renovated, so not much seating area. Music too loud.
Overall good experience.

We had Tena help us, sweetest aunty there!! She took really good care of us and made sure food was fresh and brought it out to our car. Always fast and helpful service here!
I always enjoy the chicken at Popeyes Kapahulu, and this visit was no exception. The chicken was delicious as always, and Omni who helped me, was very helpful and accommodating. I originally received a regular piece but wanted a spicy piece instead, and Omni was able to switch it out for me without any problem. I really appreciate the great customer service!

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen is a popular spot for delicious food. The "Spicy Chicken Sandwich" is a fan favorite, featuring juicy and crispy chicken that is tasty. Sides like French fries and popcorn shrimp are also a hit, while the drink menu includes unique options like "Mango Lemonade," a refreshing choice. The restaurant provides wheelchair accessibility, with a slope on the parking lot side, automatic doors, and movable chairs at tables. Reviews have noted that while the potato and gravy have great flavor and texture, there are concerns about the service speed, with some customers experiencing long waits and rude workers. Despite mixed experiences, one customer praised the respectful staff and noted that their order was complete without any mistakes. Popeyes offers a variety of menu options, including macaroni and cheese, and has great deals. With online ordering and a drive-thru, it is convenient to get food quickly, though some customers may find the wait times frustrating, especially during busy hours.
