Great outdoor ambiance
I loved it the workers made it amazing
Place has declined in years. I been comming here for decades. Service was terrible this past month. I tried to ask if they had an item and the girl didn't know. I've gone to this place for decades and never encountered this. She asked a coworker in her native language and then looked on the register and nodded yes. 2 girls ordered way before I got there and yet I got my order before the girl did. The mobile pick up window gets ignored. You have to call out if anyone got your order...read full review

Taco Bell at Kapahulu offers outside seating with some parking available behind the building and on the side street. The food is prepared quickly and correctly, making it a great Taco Bell experience for many. The exterior has been renovated and the new renovations look clean. The design of this location is terrible, with a crowd of people uncertain of whether they should be waiting in line or just cutting to the front. Expect long wait times when ordering Taco Bell late night, especially when swamped with orders from food delivery apps, online orders, and people coming to the physical restaurants to order food. Practice and be patient.
