“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“

“Took forever even with an online order before I arrived. However the order was 100% correct and everything was tasty and fresh. So I don't mind waiting as long as it's all good. The Kaneohe and Mililani locations always get our order wrong sometimes even the wrong meal totally. The person that helped did apologize and say it had been an extremely busy day and they had alot of online orders that piled up. I appreciated he addressed it and it happens. “First time ever trying Jolibee before. I’ve heard great things, and can honestly say I wasn’t disappointed! We tried literally everything on the menu and the order was done in about 10 minutes. Our favorites were the Spicy Chicken Sandwich and the Chicken Tenders with their signature sauce. For this specific location, there isn’t much seating in the actual restaurant. Would recommend ordering it to-go. We would come back!“

“Food is good and easy to find the location with parking but the drive-through is a disaster. If you entire the mall during busy hours. You probably won't even be able to get out of the parking lot even if you got the food because the long line blocked the exit.“

You can never go wrong with them either.. They are off on the day of resurrection which is respectable and Im sure appreciated by its employees. This beyond a doubt is a HIDDEN gem located sub street.
The prices are non tourist prices 😀, very reasonable.

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

No issues with service.

Atmosphere is pretty much the shared food hall, not too noise with good number of seats around the floor.“

They've got indoor seating area that they share with burgerking. Kind of like a small food court, gets really busy around 12:00pm on the drive thru so I would recommend going inside around that time.
Drive thru starts clearing out around 1:00pm
Very empty on weekends.“
