“Small space for take out only. Nice workers. Great pizza chefs. Whether or not the mushrooms are fresh or canned, who cares?They have a great dough that they use for the crust. “Usually the Waipahu location is pretty good. Service, delivery, product. The only complaint I have is that when the garlic sauce is kept in the pizza box, it completely melts, lids unseal and leaks everywhere! The last couple times we requested the garlic sauces be kept separate, and it makes a huuuuge difference. Ordered online and put a note for the driver to keep them out of the box. The first 2 times I had the same driver and he paid attention and put it in a little plastic bag. It was perfect! It was like how it used to be! Thick and creamy, not just liquid. It was like when the pizza was just the insulated bags. (I know, I used to work there). Don't know what type of bags/containers are used now, but it must have something to keep it warm. Now it just melts the sauce into butter. This time the driver didn't read the note….and this is exactly why it should be kept separate. Please, PLEASE keep the sauces separate…for everyone l’s sake! Couldn’t upload the photos…They’re in the comments. This is literally in the time from getting it, to opening it and being disappointed 😏“

“My husband and I had such an amazing experience really, everything about this restaurant is so Ono! Such a nice owner and his team are all on point. We tried the wings with harbenero and it had a lil honey to just make them perfect, the fried pork belly was light and crispy we really enjoyed everything. Especially the staff they are so welcoming. We found our perfect spot for great grindz and cocktails the are top level....RJ makes a mean smoked Manhattan and we also tried the gum sour which was a variation on the whiskey sour made with bubble gum liquor i think... “Great hole in the wall mom and pop shop. My family was kraving traditional korean food and not the usual hawaiian plates and this place served it up properly. The bonchon was kimchi, bean sprouts, radish, and krab salad and was very good.

We ordered several dishes all which hit the spot.

Fish jeon: marinated fish and dipped in egg before being fried. Soft and slight crunchy edges served with a dipping sauce. First time having this and was not disappointed. 10/10

Kalbi: traditional marinated beef short ribs served over onions. Tender and tasty 10/10

Hot stone bibimbap: beef, veggies and rice served in a hot stone with gochujang sauce and the rice gets crispy. Very delicious 10/10.

Seafood tofu soup. Full of shrimp and octopus and a egg dropped in the middle while still boiling, quite flavorful. 10/10

Being a Korean from Los Angeles this place held its own and I will 100% be back next time I am in oahu. As long as you are ok with a no frills super casual restaurant this place will hit.“

“I received great service at this location! I placed an order for pickup in the app around 2PM. Luckily it wasn’t a busy time of day it didn’t take long to get to the window and my food was ready and waiting for me. The staff were friendly, fast, and efficient and the food was still hot and tasted great. I would recommend this location to others“

“Inside of food hall of H-Mart. We tried the honey garlic wings. They were very good compared with similar eateries in California and here. The chicken was not doused with over abundant of sauce and the chicken remained crispy until the end. The service wasn’t bad, but the young man could be a bit more awake. The eating area was clean and had plenty of seats.“

DO NOT DO DELIVERY from here! Packaging is a mess, items like entire ribs missing from orders, drinks missing, paid for additional toppings missing. Packaging also makes the food completely soggy and water logged which ruins the flavor. I even paid for priority delivery so the food was the first delivered.

For dine-in: Long lines, a long wait sometimes, and a small place, but everyone was really nice, and the food was good! Sweet tea was a little old tasting, bread needs some flavor like salted butter or honey butter. We'll surely go again!“

Since we all worked and schooled from home since the lockdown, we utilized delivery from PH Nanakuli very often. Last night was the first time in a long time since we ordered. We had a pretty huge order so I was expecting our order to be awhile. When Noe called to say she was en route, I honestly was confused as to how they were able to be that fast. “Pizza hut has always been one of my favorite places whenever I don't feel like cooking or just a quiet bite because I love their personal pan pizza. It is just the right size for 1 person and you cannot beat the price for 4 awesome pieces of a pan made personal size pizza. I think Anyone born between the 60s 70s & 80s bought Pizza Hut because there weren't many other options except for a few small pizza places that many different last verl long bcuz they really couldn't complete with Pizza Huts prices and most didn't deliver like pizza hut did. I also believe Pizza Hut is the forefront for the other Pizza companies to start up in Hawaii almost copying how Pizza Hut ran their business. I can't say 100 percent that it is the case but I believe it is true in my opinion. There is only one company that has been hanging in there but still cannot compete against the taste Pizza Hut puts out. I have only one question, why did Pizza Hut shut down most of the many dine in restaurants around Oahu? I used to love their salad bar lunches or brunches all you can eat salad bars. I know many sports teams would go during this special and the all you can eat brunch salad bar specials and just devour everything in sight. This salad bar had so many different entrees on that bar ß⁴⁴⁴⁴⅘ there were nothing left for the other customers which to me they knew what they were doing when choosing to do this at that specific time and specials . To me when the team ups and others abused this special on a regular basis it ruined it for everyone to enjoy and it wasn't only Pizza Hut that ran into this problem. But whoever I'm the company put into action maybe they should have added rules to that specific problem and should have foreseen that sooner than later someone or high schools & college athletic sports teams and their coaches "Only as an example" would abuse this awesome new way of family dining at a reasonable price to go with it that they also should have considered“

The only reason it’s getting 4 stars instead of 5 is the soda machine, which appears to be engaged in a long-term war against customer satisfaction. “Update (special S/O): I made a mistake when ordering online and received an error indicating the order may not have gone through. I was surprised that the manager personally answered when I called to check on my order. The manager stayed positive and calm the whole time we spoke, even though this location was experiencing IT problems and heavy customer load at the time. I was even more surprised when the manager waived a cost I should have paid and then personally delivered my pizza. This was especially impressive, since I am an infrequent customer with a small order. He definitely went above and beyond what most businesses do for customers. I greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this location to other customers.

“It’s been a while since we’ve had Pizza Hut — mainly because we don’t have one close to us in Ho‘opili — but tonight definitely reminded us why we love it so much!

We took advantage of the free large one-topping pizza offer and, of course, got our favorite stuffed crust. The jalapeños they use had the perfect spice and flavor — so good!

We ordered over the phone and picked up at the Mililani location. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean. Overall, a solid experience and worth the drive!“

“The crew at this location is awesome!!!! They were slammed tonight, but they were literally skating and helping customers at the registers. They all kept their cool and were extremely professional even when customers were rude and impatient. I personally understand being short-handed during busy times, so I hold nothing against them. “We ordered the 10.99 medium stuffed crust pizza. NIn the past, we ordered the thin crust which was horrible. It was like eating a cracker. But this stuffed crust was excellent. It only comes in a medium size for the 10.99 deal. Well worth it. It was very fresh and the crust is a lot better than the thin crust. The ingredients were plentiful and fresh. Before , I didn't like Domino, but after today's order, I would say that I'd go back for another pizza. Excellent pizza and the restaurant was very clean“

They've got indoor seating area that they share with burgerking. Kind of like a small food court, gets really busy around 12:00pm on the drive thru so I would recommend going inside around that time.
Drive thru starts clearing out around 1:00pm
Very empty on weekends.“
