“Roderick the manager saw the store was super busy at lunch today with large orders. He ran up and took our order, was smart, proficient, and kind. Instead of calling our name to pick up the order, he remembered us, and brought our food to us. He went back serving others and the store slowed up eventually. He came by to ask how our food was and we had just finished- we thanked him for such excellent service. He is a complete asset to your store and not only is your food amazing and fresh, the service with him as well as the kindness of the other staff was excellent! Thank you for exceeding the standard. We were pleasantly surprised! We'll be back!“
“Been wanting to try their food for the longest time. Someone brought me the chicken katsu special with drink included. I enjoyed the katsu more than I expected. The batter had a crunch to it - even after microwaving. I liked the "hard" batter, although some say it's overcooked. It wasn't dried out at all. Not much of a flavor (how some people like it) but the katsu sauce completed the fkavor. Katsu sauce was filled to the brim of the separate round container and on the sweet side. Mac salad had a flavor of its own. Overall, I did enjoy my meal and would order the katsu again. The portions are plenty! Very generous - especially for a $10.00 lunch with a drink included. I look forward to trying the other items.“

But my experience has been well.Since I have downloaded the Papa John's app, ordering has been easier and able to track my order.When I pick up my orders, their staff are always friendly and offers other items from menu. My orders are always hot and fresh, too.Hope they get better reviews ahead.“

“I ordered the noodles and chicken plate with a side of garlic fries and macaroni and cheese. Everything was great...I had a piece of brisket with every bite of noodles. The chicken was crispy and flavorful. The Mac & cheese was cheesey and flavorful as well. The fries were the best I have tasted on the island . “Uncle's Chicken is a small chicken shop located near Sakana in Kalihi. I placed a 5 chicken sandwich order around 11:20 and was quoted 15 minutes. I left downtown to grab the food right after and my food was ready by the time I got there. Very impressive chicken sandwich. I got the spicy one and it was only spicy in certain parts of my sandwich, which is why I gave minus one star. It seems like I was eating the original sandwich and put hot sauce in one spot of my sandwich. Other than that, the chicken was moist and crispy. The bread was so good. Seemed like a sweet bread bun. Definitely put the sandwich together. I think one thing I wish they included was pickles. That would make the sandwich complete! I would definitely come back if I was ever in the area. Their boba drinks look very impressive too.“
“We've had Korean Fried Chicken all over the island and mainland, and my uncle has had it best in Seoul. We came here as a last ditch effort for both of us to find what we thought would be the closest to the best from our travels and we found it here. You have to wait about 20 minutes for your food but it's worth it. The crunch of the chicken is amazing, it's moist, and the sauces they use taste great. I get the spiciest one and my uncle got soy garlic. The batter holds up so well to the chicken, that even when we got home the sauce didn't make it soggy. It's nice and clean inside and very modern looking with Kdramas and videos playing to entertain you while you wait. Overall, the best KFC on island and their kimchee tastes fantastic too!“
“Haven't been here in awhile but it looks clean and remodeled since I've been here.I was greeted by a friendly older local man. He was very personable and the service was quick.I knocked off one star because of their phone system, which I know they have no control over. I called island wide Pizza Hut number and since no one answered a message said, "we are now transferring you to our mainland call center." I rather talk to a person in the store that I'm going to be ordering from.Anyway so I just went in and ordered, much easier and less stressful.“
