“My wife searched the Internet for a place that makes shrimp plate and found Lucky Box Ewa Beach. Place was easy to find using GPS. The food was prepared at a decent time. Our order came out to over $100 and the food quality was good. The Pork chops was a little on the dry side but the spicy shrimp and burgers with fries tasted good.“

There was no line, no one in front of me, but I waited maybe a minute or two before he came over, because the other employee was busy packing an online order and didn’t bother to even look my way to say something like, “we’ll be with you in a minute.”
I don’t care about price- I don’t even care about how something taste really delicious or not- what I do care about is SERVICE- at least acknowledge your customers when they enter. Everyone has the choice to walk back out and go somewhere else.
What was interesting is, I carried a personal conversation with this young man, SALEH, and he asked if I had time to please do a survey. I always do surveys for Google. I hope this young man finds his niche in something he loves to do. Thank you.“

“Burgers are not my favorite meal, but I like to celebrate and get the half a pound burger “deluxe” once in a blue moon. Nevertheless, what I love about McDonalds are the awesome workers and their lovely faces and their friendliness. That is why I rated 3/5th on the food because I am a health obsessed person. Whereas, service and the atmosphere are a 5/5 here at McDonald’s Laulani because of the brilliant and lovely workers.“

“This has become our local Pizza Hut to visit and we have not had any issues before this. The store is nice and clean and the staff is extremely pleasant. We don’t want to fault the store for one experience, but this one experience might prevent us from ordering there again. We placed our order online and built our own pizza. We ordered a medium pizza with 2 different topping styles. Half the pizza was a super supreme and the other half was an extra pepperoni with mushroom. The taste of the pizza will always be top tier, but the accuracy and appearance of our order could have been better. We hope we just caught someone on a bad day, so we might give them another chance. Again, this was the first time our order wasn’t how we ordered it, but still felt like we should share. Please be your own judge based on our picture. I wouldn’t call that half a Super Supreme or Half Extra Pepperoni. Excuse the missing piece, I grabbed a slice before thinking of capturing the experience.“

Wheelchair accessibility: Even though they do have lots for handicap,they are clogged up by people without them or the people with it are too close together for the doors to open.“

“I would like to THANK BURGER KING at Ewa Beach for assisting me on my journey with GOD. Thanks to Mr. Jay Jacinte. (Manager) for helping with my order...... And Cashier, Javan Piliwale-Wilson for taking my order. You see....I have dreamt GOD'S dream for awhile now. Last week GOD has put it in front of me and I have failed.... This past week I've been obedient to his calling and now I understand. THANK YOU JESUS.... OUR EVERLASTING GOD! GOD said to feed his children. So I took all my cans and bottles in and used the money to buy burgers to feed the unfortunate.(GOD'S children). McDonald's Ewa Beach turned me down..... But, Thank you JESUS...
