“I went there on a whim ?
I thought I chose it in response to my husband's request to eat a burger ?, but
It was a sandwich ? shop similar to Subway ?
The menu had a lot to offer, so we shared the half of "Paradise" recommended by the staff?
The bread is fluffy and delicious ✨
You can choose your own toppings such as vegetables, dressing, and cheese.
I was curious about the cheesecake? that was in the showcase next to the cashier.
I ordered that too, but this one is indescribably strange (a little suspicious?)
It tasted good, so I pointed it out to the staff.
"fault! Sorry! ! ”
I apologized and received a refund.
I'm sorry, but I couldn't eat the cake ?
It was a store I happened to visit, but
The sandwiches were delicious, and the customers kept coming in and out, so I got the impression that the place was loved by the locals.?✨“

“Wow this place has grown over the last few years! Great service, amazing food, short wait times, huge portions, reasonable prices...not sure what else anyone could ask for?
Garlic shrimp was a winner! Lots of sauce, not too oily, lots of garlic, shrimp was even peeled - so, so kid friendly!
Every time I'm in the area I try to stop by!“

“Went in right after church today & was immediately greeted by every team member. The staff is generally younder in age, which is why I was pleasantly surprised when we greeted warmly. Haha. The cashier (who already completed or sale) didnt walk away until she asked if i , besides my paying husband needed anything else. "Served with Aloha" is what you get at Jersey Mikes in Kapolei. Mahalo! Little things keep us coming back!“

“Stopped by looking for some vegetarian food and found this place. I had tofu fried rice which was simple: rice, egg peas and tofu. The rice was fluffy, with some of the grains crunchy fried. It was piping hot and delicious. My husband had a pastrami sandwich and said it was very tasty and the bread perfect. Staff also lovely.“

“This subway is great. The owner is so nice, smiley and pretty, She is very generous and offered to cover us when we were a little short.. Actually she insisted.. The food tastes fresh and it's really fast. We love coming here when we work in the neighborhood. It tastes like subway should! It's literally a Sand Island gem. Thank you Janet! You and your crew are awesome !!
Vegetarian options: You can do vegan here just skip the mayo, cheese and go with the garden patty.“

“When was the last time you had a meal that really had an effect on you? No, I'm not talking about the last meal you enjoyed, the last time you burnt your mouth, the last time you had an overly sweet cake. I'm talking about the one that really made you have a paradigm shift in your actual life. One whose area of effect extended beyond the duration you were eating it, that embedded itself into your psyche, long after you had finished it.It's a gradually unfamiliar feeling whenever you get it, because as you grow older, that feeling becomes increasingly harder to find. Mostly because as you grow older, the more you get acquainted with the world around you, that it becomes rarer for you to find something that makes you reflect on it, to take a moment to enjoy it. Like your first bite of Kraft Mac & Cheese, or your first medium rare steak.Today, I enjoyed an extraordinary sandwich from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and its maker have challenged my preconceptions about sandwiches is a gross understatement. Sometimes a sandwich doesn't have to be a supermodel, laden with decadent, expensive ingredients, to have an effect. I was lost amidst the vast choices as I entered, but was guided through with customer service only Hawai'i could have. Equipped with the submarine sandwich and a cookie, I sat down.To say that a sandwich could fix me is absurd. But as I began my jaw workout of engulfing this tall gift from God, I had a sense of relief rush over me. My jade glasses were washed away, the world was no longer in monochrome. This toe-curling, juicy, girthy, aromatic, hefty sub was no match for my depression, my apathetic demeanor, nor my fatigue. It was a warm embrace on a summer day. A hearth in a snowy lodge. Like telling your friends you love them, instead of hiding it under your day-to-day greetings. For a little while, there were no worries of the past, present, or future. There were no nagging regrets of lost love, or a feeling of being in the wrong place and time. For a moment, I belonged where I was, in that moment. To be niche, like walking down the stairs in 'Hello, Dolly', with the theme song in the finale.Perhaps I was just hungry. Maybe I was going through it. But in this modern world of abundancy, I feel we often forget to hold onto what we find truly special, instead moving onto the next thing, always in a rush. This sandwich helped me remember that there are great things in this world, things to look forward to and to make life worth living, like spending time with good friends. It helped me remember I enjoy looking at the world through an optimistic lens. It reminded me to hold onto the bonds I've made with friends. Just because the vessel for my mental healing was in a sandwich, doesn't make the experience any less real for me.Not as a means of putting an item of monetary value on a pedestal, but to highlight an experience in my day, one that I didn't know I needed. A good meal loves you unconditionally, with a designated beginning and end. Like a soft embrace, but when it's over, there's no anguish, or conflicting feelings, just gratitude for what it was, and who it made you. Maybe I needed a reminder that we can take things that end, and see them as sandwiches. Just because I no longer have it in my hand, doesn't mean I shouldn't have ever gotten it. It is something that changed me for the better for a long time, and fulfilled me until the next meal. I don't regret getting it--rather, I'm really glad I had a good moment in my day, it was enjoyable. Things that end are not things that are bad. The end of a concert won't make fans ask for a refund. The loss of a beloved pet won't make the owner wish they had never gotten the pet. The separation from someone life-changing won't make me wish I had never gone to Lithuania. Rather, like a sandwich, I can look back with gratitude, because I enjoyed it. You have not met all the people, or sandwiches, in your life who are going to love and cheri“

“stopped by for the first time today, saw the shop on the side of the road about a week ago, and decided to go in on my day off. I got a turkey and roast beef sandwich and that thing was freaking delicious! I almost wish I had more, but that's just me being fat, because it was already a huge sandwich.“

“It’s just as good as the mainland ones. Very friendly and fast service. They even offer a point reward system that is shared among all franchises.“

“I've been there multiple times, they've gotten to know me and regularly ring up my order in record times. I've never had any complaints with the food. The only problem is that one of the ladies who works there often messes up orders, but you can see it as they ring it in so you can correct her. They're all really friendly.“

“I wasn't very impressed with their service tonight. I came in late and I can understand frustrations. I left a tip tonight to be nice because I have worked for subway ( not this one particularly) in the past and I understand how stressful it is. I just wish they were a bit friendlier.“
“The Subway on Pearl Harbor on The Subway base side in the Nex store The ladies there has outstanding customer service They have the Freshest veggies than any Subway i have ate on this island. They are not afraid to give you veggies on your wrap,or sandwich..Thank you ladies..“

“Arrived at the shop where there were about eight customers in line and two workers behind the counter. The two ladies were fast and friendly to everyone so the line moved really quickly. We ordered two kids meals, a six-inch cold cut and loaded potato soup. One of the ladies helping us replaced the kids meal “toy” with a choice of chips or cookie and swapped the boxed drink/milk for a fountain drink since our kids were on the older side. She also saved us a little money by making the sandwich and soup into a meal combo. We sat in cold AC to enjoy our food while good 80’s music played. Tables and floors were clean so all was good!“
“Hands down the best Subway I have been to on the island. First and foremost they have a bathroom for the customers unlike the one in Wahiawa and the one in Kapolei in the Target shopping center! The staff was nice and prompt! Overall the atmosphere was great! My new favorite location for Subway on the island!“

“This location is the best!! All the ladies are very welcoming and fast. The produce is so crisp every time & the bread is always fresh, I always see them baking. the store is so clean and just makes you want to sit down to enjoy your food in the store. They are one of the only locations that honor coupons, and always have amazing deals! Fantastic ?“
“It’s been years since anyone reviewed this place so I’ll briefly share my experience. The Korean lady (likely the owner) who helped me was extremely helpful and patient with me while I took forever to decide on a sandwich. She carefully and neatly crafted my sandwich. And while not being generous with the toppings, she wasn’t stingy either. It’s been nearly a decade since I’ve been to a subway, and I wouldn’t hesitate to patronize this location again if I had a craving for a cheap sandwich.“

“A few days ago, my son and I went to the pearl bridge center. The parking lot was spacious and the store was cool and clean. I often eat Subway, but I have never seen a place that is as clean and fresh as here, especially bread. The staff members always greet me kindly. I asked the staff and they said they always bake bread on the early every morning. My son loves cookies here so much. I'm going to come more often in the future.
Vegetarian options: It's so fresh
Kid-friendliness: Many stores that children will like. It's clean and cool.Children can choose their favorite food. The cookies are so good
Parking: The parking lot is spacious.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is good.
Dietary restrictions: It's so nice to be able to choose your favorite vegetables or ham.“

“The storefront was so clean and the customer service was top tier! It smelled like how Subways used to when the foot longs were still $5 lol. The ingredients all looked good, the helpings were the right size, and the sandwich tasted great. I wanted meatball marinara with fresh mozzarella and when the worker saw the sandwich that I was getting, she made sure to point out to me that the sandwich i wanted was cheaper as the combo on the board and asked if I wanted her to make it that way. I really appreciated that! I got chips but they didn’t try to upsell us on the meal after the first time we said no (which most other locations do and I hate). The subway in the mall is closer but we’ll definitely make this one our regular spot instead.“
“Free Wi-Fi. Password provided at counter.
Free all you can drink refills.
Excellent deal of the day 6" & 12" Subs. Good variety of chips for the deal of the day.
Honors coupons; check out the Subway App or subscribe to the emails for deals. Often though, their regular offerings on the menu are just as good and just as cheap.
Flat screen tv in dining room.
Clean bathrooms on site.
Family friendly with plenty of table space and room for strollers. Outdoor seating with umbrellas.
Very sweet customer service.
Very popular with Hospital staff and service members during lunch and dinner. Line moves pretty quickly, though.
Accepts credit cards.
Starbucks is in the same food court (coffee afterwards!).
Down a half star because wish there were more napkins readily available, and that the tables were wiped more frequently (only because appears to be understaffed a good deal of the time; the people who work there do try but there's only so much you can do when there's only a few of you).
Overall one of the better Subways. Recommend if you are visiting Tripler.“

“Me and my sister can't eat meat because of our religion which is slightly upsetting cuz we lowkey wanted pizza with pepperoni and stuff but can't so we thought why not get a delicious tuna sub from subway that would be nice! WRONG!! Not only did y'all NOT toast our sandwiches but there's literally NO TUNA. Like it realy seemed like y'all just slapped a spoonful onto the bread and called it a day. I've had a horrible day and was really looking forward to this and I'm literally on the verge of tears. But I still chose to give you guys 4 stars because imma hope your day was worse than mine to make a sandwich like that so just please do better???“
