“Always fast, polite service during lunch rush. Writing this review to commend the staff. Lady in front of me was talking into the glass then yelling when workers didn't make it correctly. Workers did a great job of responding politely even though the lady was verbally abusive to the employees. Rude lady started dropping the names of 'Subway owners', asking if 'so-and-so' still owned this Subway and named 3 separate names as owners. Had ridiculous requests that are not allowed, such as asking for more meat, and scoffing when the workers still adhered to her request. Asked for pepper after the sandwich was wrapped and in her hands. If you are going to to have ridiculous requests and be a pain to somebody making your food, go next door to the grocery store and grab some mayonnaise and bread and make your own food.“

“I tried to call but no one picked up, anywho, someone needs to tell this kid that he is doing a great job! Really polite and spoke clearly with good volume so he could be heard.“

“Despite the recent negative reviews here.. I had a great experience. Service was great and the sandwich was great and the ingredients seemed fresh. Price was a little wild though, it was $19 for a foot long pastrami with chips and soda. Its been several years since I've had Subway though so I'm not sure if thats the normal price everywhere else.“

“I was having a shock-worthy, messy sub sandwich to celebrate the life of my best friend's brother so I ordered the King Kamehameha and added chicken, pastrami and tuna to it. I know, I know... but this was a tribute. Not only did Timmy T's make a beautiful sandwich, somehow it tasted amazing. What a great little shop to try if you're in the mood for quality sandwiches. “I've been waiting a long time to try them during my visits to O'ahu, and I'm glad I did! Not only did I get to try their classic katsu flavor, but their new Spam Katsu as well! The owner and staff are all incredibly nice and you can always find them at the Kaka'ako Farmers Market on saturdays with their food truck setup!

“Drinks are perfect to enjoy at the nearby beach, and the beach here is just perfect. The service I received that day was absolutely top tier and she refused to take a tip. I insisted and reluctantly managed to get her to accept it. She absolutely earned it thank you so much.“

“As a film student, Ba-Le is the closest available place that's still open ( as film classes are long). The food is extremely affordable, their Banh Mi's being $8-9 and Pho at $12, they also have Vietnamese Coffee at $4 but it tastes really good. The staff are really nice and efficient, they do not waste your time. The only thing that sucks is There is so many students that are also there so getting a seat will be tough during busy hours :)“

We went for lunch. And we have cold cut combo, spicy Italian. Everything was fresh and made to are liking. The restaurant is clean and the people are friendly. I like subway instead of Jersey Mike's. We will be back. It's worth the money thank you Wes from Hawaii. Mililani Hawaii 2025“

“So blessed by this staff today. It’s the first time I heard that the meats for my protein bowl can be heated up. It was sooooo nice of her. I never knew that even though I used to order protein bowls frequently at other branches. So glad I learnt something today and the Spicy Italian meats heated up tasted amazing! “A few days ago, my son and I went to the pearl bridge center. The parking lot was spacious and the store was cool and clean. I often eat Subway, but I have never seen a place that is as clean and fresh as here, especially bread. The staff members always greet me kindly. I asked the staff and they said they always bake bread on the early every morning. My son loves cookies here so much. I'm going to come more often in the future.
