“After my left knee replacement surgery in December 2023 I experienced a gout attack in that whole area of my leg. I was bedridden and couldn’t put weight on it. A decision was made to find a skilled nursing/rehab facility. I was able to get a bed at Aloha Nursing and Rehabilitation in Kaneohe.
From my 1st day the admin office, nursing, and CNA’s were Great!! The physical therapist staff were also terrific!! Love it there for my total of 20days! I was able to get a hair cut too! If I had do it again I would definitely go there hands down!! Plenty Mahalo’s to Aloha Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kaneohe!👍🏽🤙🏽💪🏽💪🏽“

“Upon walking up to counter, 3 teens sitting on counter, playing music. I asked if they were open and they said yes, jumped off the counter and started preparing our sammies. The food was as expected. The soda machine wasn't ready to go so the girls took care of it and we came back for our fountain drink about 10 min later. The girls turned the store light off around 845pm. Listed closing is 9pm. Perhaps that's protocol. I didn't have a poor experience, but lots of opportunities for improvements. If I were the manager or owner of this location, I would consider the customer service unacceptable and get everyone hype to do a little better.“

“Ordered a breakfast sandwich platter for early pick up on a Sat morning. Mostly flatbread. They were a hit. Owner came in special to make the platter. Had to wait a little bit from when the pick up time was scheduled. But everything turned out great.“

“Fairly quick, even during lunch rush. Ingredients have always been fresh. Willing to work with customers for non-routine orders (putting everything in a soup bowl for child). Employees have always been friendly during each visit.Cookie selection is limited and slightly different from another subway on base. Cost is approximately $4 more than a mainland Subway.“

“I've experienced nothing but GREAT customer service at this location! Always friendly, I'll order by app and its always ready for me when I arrive. They have a convenient "pick up" spot, so you don't have to wait in line as this location pumps @times. Sandwiches are always LOADED!“

“I was having a shock-worthy, messy sub sandwich to celebrate the life of my best friend's brother so I ordered the King Kamehameha and added chicken, pastrami and tuna to it. I know, I know... but this was a tribute. Not only did Timmy T's make a beautiful sandwich, somehow it tasted amazing. What a great little shop to try if you're in the mood for quality sandwiches. Also, their delivery was quick and courteous.“
