I was trying to ask questions but the lady was giving me the cold shoulder. Her co worker Tanner, came up to the counter and started explaining how the app worked. “I stopped by around 9am on a weekday. Music played inside quietly. It was a calm and welcoming environment. The girl that helped me at the register was super friendly and answered all my questions. There was available seating and not much of a wait. I ordered a steak wrap and a matcha latte. The matcha powder was mixed well and the wrap had a great amount of steak with the veggies. I think the the wrap was worth the price. The matcha a little pricey for the size.“

“The full sized sub is massive! Like massively awesome. Totally worth $19. It was basically 4 meals! Super tasty. I tried the Wahiawa sub with their papaya dressing. Nice subtly sweet creamy flavor that adds. I’ll be heading back to try the Italian soon.“

“I purchased the Lobster and Seafood sub. The seafood was not stale, It was pretty good, and I enjoyed it. I ordered Guatemala with it, but there was not much placed on it. “This has become our go-to Subway when we want a quick, reliable meal. We almost always order ahead through the Subway app, which makes it easy to customize our sandwiches and usually lets us skip the line when we arrive for pickup.

The restaurant is clean, bright, and has been nicely remodeled. The staff has always been friendly, and our orders have been ready on time.

We usually stop by with our toddler, who enjoys coming along even though she doesn't usually order anything here. Ordering ahead makes pickup quick and easy, which is a big plus when you're out with a young child and don't want to spend much time waiting in line.

Parking can get a little tight during peak hours, but we've generally been able to find a space without much trouble.

“Always fast, polite service during lunch rush. Writing this review to commend the staff. Lady in front of me was talking into the glass then yelling when workers didn't make it correctly. Workers did a great job of responding politely even though the lady was verbally abusive to the employees. Rude lady started dropping the names of 'Subway owners', asking if 'so-and-so' still owned this Subway and named 3 separate names as owners. Had ridiculous requests that are not allowed, such as asking for more meat, and scoffing when the workers still adhered to her request. Asked for pepper after the sandwich was wrapped and in her hands. If you are going to to have ridiculous requests and be a pain to somebody making your food, go next door to the grocery store and grab some mayonnaise and bread and make your own food.“

“A few days ago, my son and I went to the pearl bridge center. The parking lot was spacious and the store was cool and clean. I often eat Subway, but I have never seen a place that is as clean and fresh as here, especially bread. The staff members always greet me kindly. I asked the staff and they said they always bake bread on the early every morning. My son loves cookies here so much. I'm going to come more often in the future.
