“ordered the eye-round steak and brisket pho along with the wafu steak, plus the tempura and sashimi add-on (which came with two shrimp, a few veggies, and five pieces of sashimi).

From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we kept hearing the sound of sizzling plates coming from the kitchen, that’s the wafu steak, and it’s absolutely worth the noise. It was tender, flavorful, and easily my favorite dish of the night, honestly even better than their pho, which was still very good.

While I probably wouldn’t come back specifically for the pho, I’d come back for that wafu steak any day. The restaurant stayed busy the entire time we were there, the staff did a good job keeping our waters full, and the place was decently clean despite the crowd.

Overall, great food, lively atmosphere, and that wafu steak alone makes this spot worth visiting.“

“This is a good restaurant. The staff was very accommodating for a large group with multiple kids. They have a robot that will drive around with appetizers on it if you order them. Food was relatively well priced and ultimately if you want to I think this is a pretty good spot.“

Must try their oxtail pho! Oxtail has a lot meat and pcs. So far I have not had highblood when I finish my oxtail pho which is good that’s why I keep coming back. I know that when I finish my bowl I won’t have any problems (but that’s my experience). Pho Time is my go to for oxtail pho, bun bu hue, and pho in general.

“I love this place. Came today with a friend, but I did before with my husband who is Vietnamese and he loved it. Is one of the new places still in the island that offers an appetizer of spring rolls (4) for a reasonable price, because I came across some other places where they cut the spring roll in a half or 3 and charge you per piece.

Seafood Pho: When it's an option, I always order seafood Pho! For those of you who know how to eat Pho, you know that beef broth is a must, no matter what style Pho you order. Most places I have to ask for beef broth as it often comes with a vegetable broth...but here, it automatically comes with beef broth. And the seafood was not chewy. I would have loved to see some other seafood represented (it only had fishcake balls and shrimp) but it didn't take away from the healthy portion and umami flavor!!! 9/10 (Only because of the variety of seafood.) COVID Protocols: I felt very comfortable at Ha Long Pho, they require proof of vaccine, or negative COVID test, to enter...and...instead of your spices being left on the table, they are pulled after each guest, I can only assume to sanitize before the next guest uses it. 10/10 for sanitation and safety!!!“
