“Very small place with only 6 small tables and we got so lucky to get one of the tables for 4 people. The staff was friendly, fast and efficient. We had between all of us: Beef Pho, Summer rolls, Spring rolls and bbq chicken vermicelli. The food was amazing! And best tasting Pho broth ever!“

Must try their oxtail pho! Oxtail has a lot meat and pcs. So far I have not had highblood when I finish my oxtail pho which is good that’s why I keep coming back. I know that when I finish my bowl I won’t have any problems (but that’s my experience). Pho Time is my go to for oxtail pho, bun bu hue, and pho in general.

What more can you ask for? This is a homey, family run business, not a flashy trendy eatery. You get smiles and hugs if you’re local. There are laughs when you take too long to decide or drop a menu. The food is piping hot, fresh, and a reduction of sublime simplicity.

My sandwich, I will remember you with your spicy pork in a crispy and chewy roll. The cup for dipping, YES DIPPING, while a stand alone delectable, is married to that sandwich. They need each other. Please dip. Adding the pepper sauce to any part of the meal adds a spicy harmony but don’t get caught licking the ramekin. Not harmonious to your table mates. Finally, when the fam/staff recommends a dessert, just nod and be prepared for the delicious exit ramp to complete contentment.

This is a friendly, clean, quick, delicious, and soul breathing family owned restaurant with tight parking spaces and no bathroom (the only negative). Please enjoy.“

“My boyfriend (Drew) and I picked up dinner here last night and the BBQ beef sandwhich was amazing!!! We love how the spice of the sauce wasn't too spicy. The pickled daikon and carrots complimented the spice and the beef was cooked to perfection.

We were very surprised by the mung bean tapioca pudding. We were not expecting to like it. Overall, it was not too sweet and had a good flavor to compliment the BBQ Beef sandwhich.

“Some of the best noodle soups ever (BBH, bun rieu, and bun mang vit). We went in for breakfast hour and it's clearly a local spot.
All the soup broths were so flavorful both in spices and depth of meat flavors. Veggies/greens on the side were also super fresh. The duck was tender, the meat toppings in the bowls were generous.

The vermicelli bowls with lemongrass chicken & tofu (and a banh mi with pork + chicken) were so fresh, so filling, and really high quality. Delicious Vietnamese iced coffee. Went for the Pho and we end up also having a spicy noodle soup (pork and beef) and some fresh spring rolls. Broth is good, not too greasy, portions are great.
Everyone was friendly!

If you want to park right in front you will need to pay for parking, however it can be validated at the restaurant. Parking at the Sams/Walmart parking lot is an option for 3 hrs, free.“

I get the large combo (barely can finish the (XL) and I know there’s an auntie back there making it fresh everyday. I asked for spicy because that’s just how I like my food. I had the original banh mi and the shrimp Vietnamese roll. I’m still licking my fingers. I highly recommend this place. “No frills Vietnamese food in a small but comfortable space on the edge of Chinatown.... The food was very fresh and authentic. Run by a local couple/family, the service was very hospitable... Prices very fair. The Vietnamese coffee was traditional slow drip and delicious. Ordered the banh mi sandwich and it was also a star... The bread was fresh baked, and had the perfect texture and softness on the inside with just the right amount of crisp on the crust. Definitely recommended.“

“Pho dac biet and com dac biet and win. The beef pho was surprisingly flavourful and had a lot of depth. I was a bit taken back at how good it was. Of the many places on this side of town, this was easily the best. The rice dish was decent. Pork chop was tender and nicely marinated. “We went there on a Friday about 6p. There is paid parking all around Chinatown but i went to 111 n beretania (parking structure)... go to the street level to enter restaurant from parking. Reservation not needed...but it does get busy. Atmosphere is like any typical asian restaurant and service was decent. The tamarind drink i ordered was a little sweet...i was looking for more tart. There is peanuts so be careful of you are allergic. The food was tasty, so I would eat here again.“
