About Pate - Vietnamese Cuisine

Pate - Vietnamese Cuisine offers a variety of delicious dishes, making it a top choice for anyone seeking authentic Vietnamese food. The grilled pork banh mi remains a favorite, featuring warm, soft bread and flavorful pork. Pho lovers will appreciate the restaurant's Hu Tieu-style pho, served with fresh noodles and condiments. The Bun Bo Hue is another standout dish, crafted with careful attention to temperature and ingredients. Recently, customers have praised the special rice plate and charsiu wonton noodle, noting that everything is tasty and comes in huge portions for the price. The fried chicken wings with fish sauce have also received high marks. The pho soup comes piping hot with perfectly cooked al dente noodles and a clean, clear, awesome beef broth that is not overly oily. The fresh spring rolls and grilled pork on the side are very satisfying. Guests enjoy the friendly, kind, and attentive staff and nice atmosphere, while complimentary ice water adds a pleasant touch. However, it is important to note the 3% credit card surcharge and limited seating due to the small size of the restaurant. Parking can be a hit or miss, but customers can get validation for an hour with a stamp, and there is a large free parking lot across the street. Overall, Pate - Vietnamese Cuisine is dedicated to serving fresh ingredients and great flavors, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.

This is a very small but usually busy restaurant. Lots of traditional and popular Vietnamese dishes like Banh Mi, pho, and rice plates. Staff is pretty proficient and friendly.
Amazing hidden gem!

Went for the Pho and we end up also having a spicy noodle soup (pork and beef) and some fresh spring rolls. Broth is good, not too greasy, portions are great.
Everyone was friendly!

If you want to park right in front you will need to pay for parking, however it can be validated at the restaurant. Parking at the Sams/Walmart parking lot is an option for 3 hrs, free.
