Phở Quê Hương offers some of the best Pho in town, with a well-rounded, clean, and complex broth that perfectly balances beefy and sweet flavors. The generous amount of meat and fresh condiments like basil, jalapeños, and bean sprouts make for a delicious meal. The Spring Rolls are freshly made and served with lettuce, mint, and cucumbers. The Combination Pho, Lemon Grass Chicken, and Specialty Sandwich are also highly recommended. The restaurant can get busy, especially for larger groups, so it's best to come early. Prices are reasonable, but parking in Chinatown can be a challenge. Don't forget they automatically charge gratuity for groups of 6 or more. Don't miss the sugarcane drink with lilikoi for a refreshing treat.
