This is hands down the best pho. Locals coming in and out, families, individuals - everyone. The older gentleman comes and takes your order - remembered all of our orders off the top of his head. So kind. The last time we were here was 3 years ago - just as fantastic as we remember. It’s an older place, so don’t knock on it. Best Vietnamese food. Gem. Tons of basil and dandelion leaves, etc. 10 stars.
