A friend of mine highly recommended this place. I passed by a few times and there was always a line. So I decided to go on a week night right at 5pm when they open instead of waiting in line.
The plan worked! No wait. We could choose to sit inside or outside. Since the staff were still getting ready for the evening shift I got to see details like the sushi chef carefully putting hachimaki on his head. Everything was done with care and intention.

This is some of the best sushi i’ve ever had. Anyone leaving negative reviews can go strap on a feed bag at ihop. The service was lovely, too. I will 100% be back. Maybe tomorrow. Or monday. Or both.
