Friendly and good service! Delicious oxtail soup!
Been going there for years and totally one of my pho spot. Service is awesome and they take care of you.
The named has changed to Ocean Pho now. The pho is excellent. Full of flavor, plenty of options to add spice to your liking. If you're looking for great Pho this is definitely the place to go.
