Best broth. Clear. I order the brisket and iced coffee. ONO ! Bean sprouts very clean.
One of the OG Pho restaurant in Chinatown. My parents used to take us here when we were little ones.
The broth was clean but full flavor. Perfect for the rainy day. Generous meat portion, although I did the beef flank a bit chewy and tough. But overall, a well rounded, authentic bowl. The fresh herbs condiments was very generous. Dont forget to order the Vietnamese coffee to wake up your senses.
