Love getting the lechon or char siu here. Very delicious and juicy meats - not dry at all! It's a pretty popular local place, so there's usually a line on the weekends, but it's definitely worth the wait! The price is affordable and reasonable for the quality of the meat. Super Ono and fresh - always!
The great thing about Fong's is the helpful staff who are more than happy to offer a tasting of their Chinese Roast Pork. It's located right on King Street at the Oahu Open Market.
