“Had their beef stew with noodles that were suggested by another reviewer and can say that it is just as good as they say, I personally dont like tendon so I didn't eat that however the brisket was tender. Soup base wasnt heavy or overly salted. We were seated immediately on a Sunday at noon. My buddy also got their fish curry over rice and the portions were big. Highly recommend.“

“Pho Vientiane…food truck extraordinaire
I admit that I’m a bit of a foodie and I’m always looking for new and tasty places to eat. I have even traveled abroad in anticipation of experiencing the local cuisine.
I was originally introduced to the world of phở by a Vietnamese friend a lifetime ago. I have been exploring the variations of the iconic dish ever since. My favourite restaurant in the world is Vietnamese-owned and operated, back in Canada.
While visiting the Islands, I only recently had occasion to spontaneously stop and try “Pho Vientiane,” a long-time frozen-in-place food truck—secreted along the Kamehameha Hwy, Hauula - on Oahu’s North Shore.
I was more than pleasantly surprised by the quality and selection of Vietnamese street food this wonderful eatery was offering.
The proprietors of this humble food truck were quintessentially customer service-focused.
The menu options are impressively diverse, especially considering the size of the space in which they are stored and prepared. The service was impressively expedient, and the quality and generous size of the offerings were extraordinary.
I was sufficiently impressed by Pho Vientiane to offer up five stars for the authentic tastes they offer. They are every bit as addictive as those I experienced in South Vietnam - back in the day.“

“Food 5 ⭐️ portion is great, tasty, broth is clean and light.
Service 5 ⭐️ very attentive and accommodating.
Atmosphere 5 ⭐️chill, I feel relaxed eating, and they have working ac.
Must try their oxtail pho! Oxtail has a lot meat and pcs. So far I have not had highblood when I finish my oxtail pho which is good that’s why I keep coming back. I know that when I finish my bowl I won’t have any problems (but that’s my experience). Pho Time is my go to for oxtail pho, bun bu hue, and pho in general.
*i’m not sponsored or paid in any shape of form. Just a loyal customer who loves their food 😁“

“I’ve been with my Viet wife for 5 years now. I’ve lived in Nam. And, I’ve been spoiled with food and flavor since. It’s great to have finally found a place that serves delicious pho on the aina and has a great menu. We shall return.“

“Hands down the best pho I’ve ever had! I’ve tried multiple spots on the island, but I always find myself coming back here. The flavors are unmatched, fresh, and comforting every single time. The seating inside is a little limited, so there can be a wait, but it’s always 100% worth it. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they do their best to get you seated quickly. Easily my favorite spot for pho!“
“I always get the lettuce wraps, that’s my favorite and they give you plenty 💕🌹“

“Fantastic restaurant and experience with plentiful and great tasting authentic Vietnamese cuisine! They were kind enough to seat our party of five near their closing time! Big Kiné Mahalo and we’ll certainly be back again real soon! 🤙🏼“

“This was my second time here, and both visits have been enjoyable. They’ve got plenty of options if you're craving Vietnamese food, including some solid vegetarian choices, which is always great to see.
The food tasted good, the staff were friendly, and there wasn’t a long wait. You can dine in or grab takeout, so it’s convenient whether you’re eating there or on the go.
Overall, a nice go-to spot for a casual, satisfying meal!“

“I chose take out, so I can only speak about the food itself, not the service. I ordered the vermicelli with spring roll. It was okay! I thought the nuoc Cham (sauce) was somewhat bland, and I added my own fish sauce at home. The vegetables were fresh and the noodles were a tad over cooked. The spring roll filling was tasty, but the wrapper was a little stale. It felt like it had been sitting out for a little. Nonetheless, the food was good! I would be willing to try the food at the restaurant or a different menu. :)“
“I had the beef pho and garlic chicken wings. While the chicken wings had no flavor and seemed to be fried without seasonings, the Pho was AMAZING! It was fresh and had enough of the pho soup in the dish. I will be going back for the pho. Polite staff.“

“Last night's Waikiki Block Party was packed and I ordered from this restaurant: lemongrass fried chicken and pad Thai (combo B) and the food was amazing! The lemongrass fried chicken was cooked to perfection; crispy, light batter, and juicy. The pad Thai was not dry an clumpy like other food stalls, but it was a little cold from being out. Otherwise, a very good takeout meal. I can only imagine what the restaurant experience is like.“

“Happy chefs is an awesome new establishment in Wahiawa that serves cool drinks. The drinks they serve are Vietnamese coffees, boba teas, different flavor matcha teas. We came just for a quick coffee and ordered the salted coffee. The menu is Vietnamese forward with lunch plates, pho, and banh mis. The prices are great as well. Will be coming back to try the food. I might add that the location on maps is off so it’s closer to the freeway on the corner of Ohai and Kamehemeha.“
