While the flavors are great, skip the shrimp tacos. For $20, two small shrimp per taco is frugal. You end up eating mostly tortilla and cabbage. Either think the tortillas or be generous and add a third shrimp! Better to purchase the mixed taco or any of the other proteins.

Best food and service in Waikiki! Our family came from Houston where the food scene has great variety and quality. We found this one to compete among the best. Delicious tofu, chicken, jumbo shrimp tacos. The tahin fries were crispy, hot, and just the right blend of salty, tart, pepper…and there’s creamy spicy sauce drizzled and for dipping too! Must go when you’re in Waikiki.

Ribs & Broth Wahiawa is a restaurant offering fresh, flavorful food in a welcoming atmosphere. The service is always great, with staff impressively handling a busy dining room and stepping out to help when needed. The restaurant is always nice and clean.
Popular menu items include the egg noodle wonton soup, which is absolutely delicious, and the beef stew with noodles, featuring tender brisket and a soup base that is not heavy or overly salted. The steak and brisket pho is so Ono that one customer couldn’t stop eating it. The back rib pho is also a favorite, and the medium beef pho portion is good with a lot of noodles. The pork banh mi is flavorful and juicy, while the fresh rolls have a lot of noodles with a thick and flavorful peanut sauce dip. The beef stew is flavorful, hot, and has plenty of tender meat, served with bread that is warm, crispy, and soft. The bun bo hue was not a favorite for one reviewer. Portions are big, and the restaurant is accommodating for take out requests.
