Really looking forward to their bahn mi, but unfortunately they were closed. Not open until November 6, 2025 according to the notice.
Pho Vientiane…food truck extraordinaire
I admit that I’m a bit of a foodie and I’m always looking for new and tasty places to eat. I have even traveled abroad in anticipation of experiencing the local cuisine.
I was originally introduced to the world of phở by a Vietnamese friend a lifetime ago. I have been exploring the variations of the iconic dish ever since. My favourite restaurant in the world is Vietnamese-owned and operated, back in Canada.

Beef lemongrass Ban Mi & Spring rolls were super good. Added avocado on the sandwich. Rolls were cooked perfectly, not greasy, just crispy and the filling had great flavor & fresh. Wasn't too hungry but i couldn't stop eating. Finished it all.

Pho Vientiane is a popular food truck in Hau'ula that offers flavorful and satisfying Vietnamese dishes. The Combo Pho is a standout, filled with meats and fresh veggies, and the homemade hot sauces add an extra kick. Customers often praise the pho as the most flavorful ever, with the option to add spicy sauces for a mind-blowing experience. The food truck also serves the BBQ chicken and lemongrass chicken sandwiches, which are made with quality cuts of meat and fresh, crispy bread. The Chicken Banh Mi is a tasty contrast to the spicy pho, making it a great choice for a quick, delicious meal. The pho and banh mi are both praised for their good taste and reasonable prices. Friendly service from the staff makes Pho Vientiane a favorite spot for locals and visitors alike, and many enjoy taking their food to go or eating at nearby tables.
