Absolutely loved my visit to the Shrimp Shack food truck! Positioned perfectly by the seaside, it's the ideal stop after a day at the Kualoa Ranch. The warmth and friendliness of the lovely lady running the place added a wonderful touch to the whole experience.But let's talk about the star of the show – the garlic shrimp rice. O. M. G. We have been to many shrimp trucks and restaurants around the island. BY FAR the BEST garlic shrimp and coconut shrimp we have EVER had!!!! I just wish she was open more days! Highly highly recommend! Hi grab some beers next door at the market and enjoy the waves while you eat her amazing shrimp!!!

New favorite restaurant. Seriously. This experience could not have been better. Right away the shrimp shack staff were kind, welcoming and friendly, it'd be hard not to be happy in such a beautiful location, right across from the beach with the breeze coming off the water.
