“The crew at this location is awesome!!!! They were slammed tonight, but they were literally skating and helping customers at the registers. They all kept their cool and were extremely professional even when customers were rude and impatient. I personally understand being short-handed during busy times, so I hold nothing against them. All I saw was 3 guys making it happen. Kudos to the young kid at the register!!!!!“

“I only found out about Wai Kai a month ago after a friend bought a condo nearby. Since that time, my family and I have been back numerous times to eat at all of their restaurants and attend their Farmer's market. All of the food is outstanding which is why we even went back twice in one day to eat at 2 of their restaurants. They have amazing staff from their manager, Keith, their cooks, and their waiters and waitresses. This place is a hidden gem because it's a family friendly place that has the atmosphere of Waikiki without the crime or crowds. Both kids and adults can come and have a great time whether it's doing a water sport, eating in one of their excellent restaurants, or relaxing on their lawn during the Farmer's market where they have a wide variety of food and local products to choose from.“

“This has become our local Pizza Hut to visit and we have not had any issues before this. The store is nice and clean and the staff is extremely pleasant. We don’t want to fault the store for one experience, but this one experience might prevent us from ordering there again. We placed our order online and built our own pizza. We ordered a medium pizza with 2 different topping styles. Half the pizza was a super supreme and the other half was an extra pepperoni with mushroom. The taste of the pizza will always be top tier, but the accuracy and appearance of our order could have been better. We hope we just caught someone on a bad day, so we might give them another chance. Again, this was the first time our order wasn’t how we ordered it, but still felt like we should share. Please be your own judge based on our picture. I wouldn’t call that half a Super Supreme or Half Extra Pepperoni. Excuse the missing piece, I grabbed a slice before thinking of capturing the experience.“

It was uncomfortable to witness and came across as very unprofessional. Employees deserve to be treated with respect, not embarrassed in front of others. “PREFACE: Got a lot of hype from my friends growing up but remain conflicted on first time and would need at least 1-2 more times to be fully concrete about it as I currently sit at 3.5 ish. This place has an expansive menu including alcohol and all deserves to be tried.

Went to watch the UFC lightweight championship match and got a small BOP Super Pizza cause the idea that Portuguese sausage belonging on a pizza intrigued me in a good way. For the price I paid the pizza to me was quite reasonable arguably the size if not more than a dominoes medium to large (depending on where you go). Slices are long yet super thin with all of the dough going to the crust which while I don't mind I wish the pizza held up more even compared to other styles (even New York) with consistency and definitely keeping toppings on as for most it just seemed to sit rather than be embedded in the dough. As for toppings they were super clean and flavored well which I loved but the sauce was seriously lacking on this one. It almost felt like the sauce was again concentrated on the crust and when it was present lacked taste that I was expecting given the hype I had growing up.

While my server was super nice and checked on me with how semi empty the place was I was confused at how they tempoed their visits to my and other tables vs the other waitress.

Overall I'd give it another couple of shots especially socially since it's a good space (and there's no way super can't run it back) but would need a little more juice for sure“

“Chilling with my niece and nephew in the center of a supermarket sipping on a glass of red wine and eating some really delicious pupu’s from Pau Hana Bar located inside Foodland Farms Pearl City.

Everything we eat here has a local touch to it but the highlight for us is always the Sizzling Ribeye Steak with Onions and Mushrooms served with a Butter Kabayaki Sauce. It was fire!

We also had the Pan Fried Ahi Belly Chinese Style, Ika Karaage, Gojuchang Fried Chicken Wings, Ahi Poke, Shishito Peppers, Furikake Salmon Salad and the Fried Rice.

Love the vibe and atmosphere here and the service is always top notch. I love how they all work together and there is always somewhere within reach if you need anything.“

“We ordered the 10.99 medium stuffed crust pizza. NIn the past, we ordered the thin crust which was horrible. It was like eating a cracker. But this stuffed crust was excellent. It only comes in a medium size for the 10.99 deal. Well worth it. It was very fresh and the crust is a lot better than the thin crust. The ingredients were plentiful and fresh. Before , I didn't like Domino, but after today's order, I would say that I'd go back for another pizza. Excellent pizza and the restaurant was very clean“

“This location has never let me down. Every time I come in, the staff is chill, helpful, and actually seems to care. That alone already puts this place above a lot of fast food spots.
This time, I was about to order one thing, and the guy helping me basically stopped me and told me about a combo that was almost the exact same as what I was getting, but it saved me around $10. That kind of honesty is rare. He could’ve easily just let me spend more, but instead he helped me get the better deal. That told me everything I needed to know.

We took advantage of the free large one-topping pizza offer and, of course, got our favorite stuffed crust. The jalapeños they use had the perfect spice and flavor — so good!

It is just the right size for 1 person and you cannot beat the price for 4 awesome pieces of a pan made personal size pizza. I think Anyone born between the 60s 70s & 80s bought Pizza Hut because there weren't many other options except for a few small pizza places that many different last verl long bcuz they really couldn't complete with Pizza Huts prices and most didn't deliver like pizza hut did. I also believe Pizza Hut is the forefront for the other Pizza companies to start up in Hawaii almost copying how Pizza Hut ran their business. I can't say 100 percent that it is the case but I believe it is true in my opinion. There is only one company that has been hanging in there but still cannot compete against the taste Pizza Hut puts out. I have only one question, why did Pizza Hut shut down most of the many dine in restaurants around Oahu? I used to love their salad bar lunches or brunches all you can eat salad bars. I know many sports teams would go during this special and the all you can eat brunch salad bar specials and just devour everything in sight. This salad bar had so many different entrees on that bar ß⁴⁴⁴⁴⅘ there were nothing left for the other customers which to me they knew what they were doing when choosing to do this at that specific time and specials . To me when the team ups and others abused this special on a regular basis it ruined it for everyone to enjoy and it wasn't only Pizza Hut that ran into this problem. “SMH. Thought i was back in NY. Pizza was not fresh. Tasted like it had already being sitting 4 a long time or in the refrigeration and taking off the next day to reheat. Chicken was hard. Sausage was kind of ok. Beef was kind of OK. The grated cheese was the best thing about the Pizza. Don't know if I'll be back. Just know, it'll be a long time.“

“Update (special S/O): I made a mistake when ordering online and received an error indicating the order may not have gone through. I was surprised that the manager personally answered when I called to check on my order. The manager stayed positive and calm the whole time we spoke, even though this location was experiencing IT problems and heavy customer load at the time. I was even more surprised when the manager waived a cost I should have paid and then personally delivered my pizza. This was especially impressive, since I am an infrequent customer with a small order. He definitely went above and beyond what most businesses do for customers. I greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this location to other customers.
