“It’s been a while since we’ve had Pizza Hut — mainly because we don’t have one close to us in Ho‘opili — but tonight definitely reminded us why we love it so much!

We took advantage of the free large one-topping pizza offer and, of course, got our favorite stuffed crust. The jalapeños they use had the perfect spice and flavor — so good!

We ordered over the phone and picked up at the Mililani location. The service was great, the staff was friendly, and the store was clean. Overall, a solid experience and worth the drive!“

“My husband and I Read about this place through the support 808 page and saw they offered porkroll and scrapple. For a born and raised South Jersey girl, finding those on this island is heaven! We ordered a couple of Hoagies for lunch and porkroll and scrapple and pickles too! Definitely a place we will be often! Reminds me of a good stop to take hoagies to go when going down the shore! “The crew at this location is awesome!!!! They were slammed tonight, but they were literally skating and helping customers at the registers. Parking lot gets crowded so bike or walk. Nobody has time for anything nowadays. Society needs to get the pizza and get fat. There is no time to finding parking in a small parking lot.“

“Update (special S/O): I made a mistake when ordering online and received an error indicating the order may not have gone through. I was surprised that the manager personally answered when I called to check on my order. The manager stayed positive and calm the whole time we spoke, even though this location was experiencing IT problems and heavy customer load at the time. I was even more surprised when the manager waived a cost I should have paid and then personally delivered my pizza. This was especially impressive, since I am an infrequent customer with a small order. He definitely went above and beyond what most businesses do for customers. I greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this location to other customers.

“I was able to get a large pizza that I ordered using my rewards. Because of that, I was able to add as many toppings as I wanted and not have to pay additional costs per topping. I love that feature about Pizza Hut’s reward program and I love the taste of their pizzas.“

“This has become our local Pizza Hut to visit and we have not had any issues before this. The store is nice and clean and the staff is extremely pleasant. We don’t want to fault the store for one experience, but this one experience might prevent us from ordering there again. We placed our order online and built our own pizza. We ordered a medium pizza with 2 different topping styles. Half the pizza was a super supreme and the other half was an extra pepperoni with mushroom. The taste of the pizza will always be top tier, but the accuracy and appearance of our order could have been better. We hope we just caught someone on a bad day, so we might give them another chance. Again, this was the first time our order wasn’t how we ordered it, but still felt like we should share. Please be your own judge based on our picture. I wouldn’t call that half a Super Supreme or Half Extra Pepperoni. Excuse the missing piece, I grabbed a slice before thinking of capturing the experience.“

“I live in kapolei, and never went to the pizza hut there because it was garbage. I recently started going to waiphau,since we don't have a pizza hut in kapolei at the moment. The pizza hut in waiphau is great! I order online and it's done on time. The gentleman that cashes you out is extremely nice and very hospitable. There's something special about how they make their pizza,it's very tasty. I go every Saturday after work and I'm always satisfied.“

“This place is amazing! We pulled up and thought it was just a grocery store. Turns out it’s an amazing bar, great food, and awesome staff! Ryan, Hassan, Mary, Thomas, and Jae were all great! The fresh “Chef’s Poke Creation” is to die for, as are the drinks.

“The excellent and speedy delivery from the Nanakuli Pizza Hut store has ALWAYS been consistent. Since we all worked and schooled from home since the lockdown, we utilized delivery from PH Nanakuli very often. Last night was the first time in a long time since we ordered. We had a pretty huge order so I was expecting our order to be awhile. When Noe called to say she was en route, I honestly was confused as to how they were able to be that fast.
