“It’s been a while since we’ve had Pizza Hut — mainly because we don’t have one close to us in Ho‘opili — but tonight definitely reminded us why we love it so much!

“I was excited to try this place after hearing lots of positive reviews. I was going to order online but was not pleased with the additional fees driving up the cost when the pizzas are already crazy expensive. We ended up going to order in person to avoid those fees only to be charged a 3% fee for using a credit card. Also the menu in person has higher prices than online. The pizza is huge and it is good but too expensive. $30 for a pepperoni pizza, $45 for specialty pizzas? Crazy to me!“

“We ordered the honey goat pizza which was unlike any other pizza I’ve ever had and was delicious. They put the perfect amount of each ingredient and it tasted like it was made with love. You can’t get homemade tasting pizza like this at a Domino’s or Pizza Hut.

The service was also amazing! There were only 2 people working there but they both had a smile on their face the whole time and answered every question so well.

Finally the atmosphere was awesome, they have these nice wood tables with umbrellas, yellow lights, and a perfect playlist which makes the whole vibe!

“My husband and I Read about this place through the support 808 page and saw they offered porkroll and scrapple. For a born and raised South Jersey girl, finding those on this island is heaven! We ordered a couple of Hoagies for lunch and porkroll and scrapple and pickles too! Definitely a place we will be often! Reminds me of a good stop to take hoagies to go when going down the shore! “I was staying at Residence Inn for 2 months. Met theses dude and tried the truck. Absolutely the best pizza I’ve had. Even compared to pizza I’ve ate in Italy. “Usually the Waipahu location is pretty good. Service, delivery, product. The only complaint I have is that when the garlic sauce is kept in the pizza box, it completely melts, lids unseal and leaks everywhere! The last couple times we requested the garlic sauces be kept separate, and it makes a huuuuge difference. Ordered online and put a note for the driver to keep them out of the box. The first 2 times I had the same driver and he paid attention and put it in a little plastic bag. It was perfect! It was like how it used to be! Thick and creamy, not just liquid. It was like when the pizza was just the insulated bags. (I know, I used to work there). Don't know what type of bags/containers are used now, but it must have something to keep it warm. Now it just melts the sauce into butter. This time the driver didn't read the note….and this is exactly why it should be kept separate. Please, PLEASE keep the sauces separate…for everyone l’s sake! Couldn’t upload the photos…They’re in the comments. This is literally in the time from getting it, to opening it and being disappointed 😏“

“The excellent and speedy delivery from the Nanakuli Pizza Hut store has ALWAYS been consistent. Since we all worked and schooled from home since the lockdown, we utilized delivery from PH Nanakuli very often. Last night was the first time in a long time since we ordered. We had a pretty huge order so I was expecting our order to be awhile. When Noe called to say she was en route, I honestly was confused as to how they were able to be that fast. But, as always, the food was piping hot and fresh-tasting as usual!!!“

We don’t want to fault the store for one experience, but this one experience might prevent us from ordering there again. We placed our order online and built our own pizza. We ordered a medium pizza with 2 different topping styles. Half the pizza was a super supreme and the other half was an extra pepperoni with mushroom. The taste of the pizza will always be top tier, but the accuracy and appearance of our order could have been better. We hope we just caught someone on a bad day, so we might give them another chance. “This location has never let me down. Every time I come in, the staff is chill, helpful, and actually seems to care. That alone already puts this place above a lot of fast food spots.
This time, I was about to order one thing, and the guy helping me basically stopped me and told me about a combo that was almost the exact same as what I was getting, but it saved me around $10. That kind of honesty is rare. He could’ve easily just let me spend more, but instead he helped me get the better deal. That told me everything I needed to know.
The pizza was cooked perfectly, everything tasted great, and just like every other time I’ve been here, I walked out completely happy with my order. I’ve never had a bad experience at this Little Caesars, and I’ve never been disappointed with the food.
