I rarely ever write reviews, but this experience truly deserves one. I had the best customer service with Sky at the Haleiwa location. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind while taking my order. He even made suggestions that made the whole experience even better. Sky went above and beyond, and I wanted to ensure he got recognition.

Jax Wood Fired Pizza - Haleiwa Town is a cute little pizza shop on the north shore of Oahu. It is family owned and run, with a friendly, helpful staff who truly love what they do and are happy to chat. The pizza is delicious, with a sourdough crust that adds a subtle complexity to the thin yet chewy crust, which is hand tossed. The barbecue chicken pizza and the jalapeño Papa are favorites, and the cheesy breadsticks are super good, especially the goat and honey one. The staff is so sweet and friendly, making everyone feel welcome. Some of the best pizza ever, one of the best wood fired pizzas outside of Italy. Highly recommend this after a long day on the beach. The Goat & Honey breadsticks are a must.
