I was surprised how good this restraunt was for being in the bishop museum. The pork was amazing and the rest of the meal was pretty good as well. It was honestly pretty inexpensive compared to other restaurants. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting the bishop museum.
Food is local and ono. Highly recommend. They were very attentive to our allergy concerns. Didn't take long to get the food.
Nice and pleasant place to grab a snack (or meal) after visiting Bishop Museum. Friendly staff and delicious food!

Tutu's Place by Highway Inn is a very cute cafe at Bishop Museum, offering a quick way to get some food. The decor is charming, showing old-life Hawaii, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Customers order at the counter and pick up food with an announcement system and buzzer. There is plenty of seating indoors and outside, though outdoor seating is more limited. While there can be a little bit of a line and a wait, the food comes out quickly. The menu includes local food fare, with specific meals like the poke bowl, saimin, lilikoi cake, veggie tart, Kalua Pig, Hawaiian plate, veggie wrap, and pork sourdough sandwich. The plantation iced tea is sweetened nicely with pineapple juice, and the coffee is a locally grown Hawaii blend. The food is delicious, fresh, and good, with pretty decent pricing. The pork sourdough sandwich was awesome, and the veggie tart might be the best ever. As long as customers are not in a rush, they will be very happy.
