My visit to Noe turned out to be a delightful culinary journey, with some dishes standing out more than others. If there’s one piece of advice I could give to future patrons, it would be to not leave without trying the Truffle Mushroom Tagliatelle. Wonderful dining experience. Our waiter, Brandon, was terrific and very informative. We tried several items from the menu as well as the chef's tasting dinner with wine pairing. Everything was great!

Noe is the premiere restaurant on the Ko Olina strip. We had the stuffed pasta and it was beyond description. The setting is great and adds to the event. This was our fifth visit and we will return.
