Absolutely delicious and fresh food. We had the Dry Hot Pepper entree (#27 Stir fried Kung Pao style) with bell peppers, white onions, carrot, dried chili, tofu and peanuts, and the vegetable fried rice. Both were fantastic in flavor and I was absolutely impressed with the quality of the vegetables in both dishes. Fresh, clean, and cooked just right. I hate soggy overcooked vegetables.
