Before I left to return to CA, my family shared Jackie's Diner with me. The service was excellent and the food wow. Had Pateles, beef stew, poi, poke so good. I recommended your restaurant to 4 of my friends who will be visiting. Thank you!
Hawaiian and Puerto rican food joint located in the Waimalu Shopping Center. Havent dined in but always take out for lunch since the work crew likes this place. Great since they open early and always friendly on the phone. Hawaiian laulau with beef stew and the patele with gandule rice and bacalao salad are my go to orders.

Found this place after my wife searched for feel good atmosphere and food, definitely a hidden gem and am jealous for the residents around that can eat here whenever they want, it’s a good spot to get a home like meal or from those that have departed this world that used to make food like this.
