“Went here as a last minute dinner with a friend. The restaurant has a few tables to eat there as well as take out. I got the green curry which was on par with most Thai places. They didn't skimp on the chicken which I liked. We also got the fried tofu satay which was a first for me. It was ok, but this was coated with a batter(?) and not directly fried where the outside was crispy. My friend got the Gang Pa as something different. It had a lot of vegetables, but I didn't like the taste of the sauce. Never having tried that before, I can't tell if that's how it was supposed to taste. For me it was a good place, but I'll stick with the tried and true.“
“Staff was friendly and attentive, filled our waters multiple times. Appetizer arrived after our main dishes. Pad Kee Mao (drunken noodles) was exceptional. Their Pad Ped, which literally translates to “stir fry spicy” didn’t have the slightest hint of spice. Not a single chili. Perhaps they ran out of Thai chilis and served us anyways? We might try them again to see if this experience was a one-off, but will probably explore other Thai restaurants first.“
“Visiting Hawaii & finally decided to drop by this place, that I saw on instagram. I will say this place is amazing! The vibe is amazing! The designs! The worker name abs had such great customer service!Me and my mother adored her to death! We ordered the cucumber salad medium spice (it was bomb), the pad Thai which tasted so good & the kapoon, I tried so many kapoon and this one beat the rest. We also order dessert which is called Nam Wan, it's a tropica jello with coconut milk & shaved ice (which was obviously good also). I love the fact that they sat us where the koi pond was also!“
“The best service and family. Small business with a big heart. Opel and Lio were very attentive to our family, while Aoy along with the rest of the staff prepared our meal. Great food, great atmosphere, wonderful people. Praying the family is doing well. Can't wait to visit again the next time in in Honolulu.“
“I cannot stop coming back here. The vibe is so chill and homey, and the food is quick, hot, and delicious. When you order hot, they give it hot. I'm never happier to sweat out the deliciousness than behind a plate of Drunken Noodles and Papaya Salad Thai-style at Pattaya Thai.“
“Customer service was 100/10!!! The food was just amazingly delicious! Super spicy as well but that was on us for asking for a higher level than we could handle we didn't take any pics of the food till dessert came out. Would definitely come again.“
“I had an amazing lunch today. I was craving Tom Yum, so I walked down to the place I see every day I’m driving home from work. I was not disappointed. The ladies there were so nice, and the food is so delicious. I had Tom Yum, Nam Tok, and an order of some of the most crispy Spring Rolls I have had in a while. Some ladies there were eating a delicious looking Lao Papaya salad that I can’t wait to come back to try and want to try the sausage as well. Can’t wait to become a regular!!!!“
“Located on Fort Street Mall, this place is one of the most yummy eats I’ve ever had. For the last 20-ish years I’ve gone here to treat myself to comfort food like their curry and garlic chicken combo, or a light lunch. I like the outdoor seating option and wish they had more. Inside is like cafeteria benches. While there is a dine-in option, I usually just get take away.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s ground level right on fort street mall.“
“Great place for pho! They have the pho hot pot which is amazing. Their kalbi rice dish is really good. We also had the Vietnamese crepe which is fresh and full of flavour. Their papaya salad is also fresh and tasty. By far this is one the best pho places on the island. Will be coming back for sure. Service is great and atmosphere is clean. Can’t go wrong here.“
“I decided to try this place after reading the reviews. Boy o boy is it good! I mean, how many places give you TWO sauce cups for your rolls? The crispy shrimp and spring rolls were amazing, you can tell that the frying oil is fresh, not stale. I also ordered the seafood drunken noodle. I love the fact that they give you a good amount of fish, shrimp and squid, not just a lot of one and a little of the rest. Maybe that's why they have such short store hours, they pack all the flavor in a little time.“
“Hadn't been here in 5+ years and wanted to see if it was still good. Was not disappointed, food was great as it always has been. Best little hole in the wall Thai food you can find!Oh, and if you ask for it 'Thai hot', they'll give you what you're looking for. Love it!“
“This may be the best Thai we've ever had. We got the Ono Appetizer Combo (fish patties, spring rolls, chicken satay), Tom Kha soup, and Pad Ki Maow (drunken noodles). The satay, even before the delicious peanut sauce, was the best I've ever had. Very well-seasoned, and a nice bit of crispiness at the edges without being overcooked. The sauces and additional vegetables (lettuce leaves, cucumber, Thai basil, shredded cabbage) in the appetizer combo added delightful mixtures of texture and flavor. The Tom Kha soup (we got it with tofu) was full of veggies. Green beans, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini. It was a hearty and typically tasty soup. The drunken noodles (we also got them with tofu) were great. They were a bit spicy (as we were warned beforehand) for a typical American palate, but very tasty. The veggies, tofu, eggs, and noodles were all cooked quickly at high heat, which meant there was lots of yummy textures and colors in the dish. Broccoli, green beans, Thai basil, and carrots were perfectly cooked - brightly colorful and yielding, but still snappy. The tofu and noodles were crispy at some of the edges and softer in the center, which led to each mouthful remaining interesting in flavor as well as texture.I found myself saying "mmm" a lot during this meal. I'm so glad we stopped by.Vegetarian options: Tofu is a consistently available option for protein in the meal choices. I can't speak to whether food is prepared with vegetarian or vegan considerations in mind.“
“Love this place! All their food is made fresh to order and i highly recommend ordering your food ahead of time via phone. You can even ask them to adjust the spiciness level to your liking but be warned, Thai food is generally very spicy...so you can ask them for some spicy chili pepper on the side to adjust to your liking. We usually order the Basil Chicken and the Yellow Curry there. Basil Chicken is so delicious and i love all the fresh veggies like the onion, bell peppers, and basil leaves. The yellow curry we usually order it with chicken, and they give a very generous amount of curry and rice with each order. Service there is awesome, but because everything is made to order, the food can take some time to be made.“
“Siam Square was there for us in our time of need - we were desperately searching for food and this wound up being one of the best meals we had on our whole trip. If you find yourself in Honolulu in search of authentic Thai cuisine bursting with flavor, this is the place. The restaurant was filled with the aroma of tantalizing Thai Sauces. Some final thoughts: This place deserves 5 out of 5 trip adviser circles. We were desperate and they delivered. When it says spicy, they mean business. Thank you for the amazing food.“
“Decided to wander up the road to get some Chicken Pho because I was feeling a little under the weather. Yup, it really hit the spot!!! The food is always fresh and yummy! You can order inside or outside where they have the bahn mi sandwiches and salads.“
“My only complaint is that the Yellow Curry was rather bland and not as spicy as I was lead to believe, even after adding a whole bowl of Thai Chilis. I probably should have tried the "Pad Thai" lol. Great service and Atmosphere. Plan accordingly, parking is horrible.“
“The food is the star here: a group of us tried different things and different spice levels, and we enjoyed them all. A bit slow on the service, and a bit challenging to find parking, but worth trying if you're looking for authentic Thai.“
“How exciting to welcome Thai Village to Moili'ili!!Anticipating it's arrival and it's finally time to give them a visit though I'm not as adventurous when it comes to Thai maybe because I do have a shellfish allergies I just can't simply go off the menu in fear of cross contamination.Don't get me wrong having a co worker who brought us home cooked meal every day she worked has broaden my horizon and have grown to appreciate the flavors and uses of many spices and veggies used to make it all so flavorful.I already instantly narrowed it down to the noodle section and let me tell you it wasn't easy their menu is very descriptive with ingredients and type of noodles making easy to get an idea of what the items are. One did capture my attention is the "Curry Pad Thai" seriously right!?! It offers the same and the traditional Pad Thai but with a Thai Curry Sauce instead and having the options I usually like to go veggie which is what I did and got a few not impressive amount and was disappointed to see a few pieces of tofu which I do love it's just not what I ordered. How does it taste? If you never told me I wouldn't know it was curry sauce and it did have a slight heat but nothing too spicy, very flavorful just not what I was expecting which was sad for me personally but I'd definitely order either the regular or other items to try.Service is great was told me approximately how long my order would take and had all ready to go when I came back to pick it up, they do have quite a bit of seating for dine in service which is also a great option the next time.Thank you!“
“*Parking: Street parkingThe restaurant isn't big, but it's clean, and most of all, the food is reasonably priced and everything is fine.If you can't eat spicy food, you can order it not spicy. They do not sell alcohol separately, so you can buy your own alcohol and bring it with you. It's a place where you can quietly eat Thai food in a comfortable atmosphere, so I'm satisfied every time I go :)“
“My first time trying their food. I always see the their food truck at Waiau park since my daughter has soccer practice at the lower field. I was excited to finally try their food! I love drunken noodles so thought I try their version with pork belly. WOW...it was sooo ono!! I got it mild with some chili pepper flakes on the side. I couldn't really taste the spice so the chili pepper flakes gave the perfect amount of heat I needed. They gave a generous "Aloha Friday" portion. Thank you! Service was great. Food made to order! Will definitely try their other items next time!“
“It's a small family owned business, born and raised local. I have eaten at Heart of Thai in Kaneohe a few times, trying different items each time and I think they have great food. This time around I ordered the drunken noodles and it was by far the best dish I've had a long with the spring rolls. The noodles are more like ramen for this dish and there were bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and mushrooms. Hands down so good. You can choose your spice level and mild is good for adding a bit of flavor but medium is were it's at!“
“I found me newest favorite after my S&S relocated ?... but this place made me feel welcomed and service was way above perfect.. you may now see me as a regular very soon...Vegetarian options: You can make almost any dish a vegetarian option.. ?“
“Landed on the island on a Monday and left this evening's bar crawl in the hands of my cousin - the locals tour. Ended up in Kalihi on some nondescript, industrial looking side street and found myself in what my cousin described as a Laotian themed bar. There's always a first for everything. Very local feel, clean, casual, non pretentious. The acoustic system here kicks major a** for karaoke, although I have no idea what is being sung. It's all fun though. At any rate, very friendly staff, the kitchen closes late and they make a mean fried chicken. Come check it out!“
“My favorite food is Thai Chicken Fried rice and I've been meaning to try this place for a while. Finally went today for lunch before work and I love it! The portioning vs pricing ratio is great, flavor is fantastic, and there are so many added toppings. This is definitely top 3 on the island for me now, will be coming back! Customer service was great as well, the lady that greeted and served me was very friendly!“
“Soooo good! I got vegetable pad see ew and asked for it hot (7 out of 10 on their hotness scale). It was perfectly spiced. It packed a punch with a lingering burn, but not so hot it masked the other delicious flavors or made it so I couldn't breathe. I really appreciated that - it's hard to get people to believe you want it hot when you're a haoli girl.My partner got shrimp yellow curry, 5 out of 10 on the hot scale. It wasn't very spicy at all, but again SOO delicious. We will definitely be back!“
“Delicious and nutritious!! This is Thai-authentic cuisine as it can get. All the level of spiciness you like or non. You must try the energizing lemon juice. Jamieson and Pauline took my order and prepared our meal just in time. You must try this Thai Shack!! Parking available. This restaurant location is near Pear Harbor Hickam Base, near the Arizona Memorial, close to H201, H-1, and H-3 Hwy.“
“The food is always good. Our favorites are the fried chicken, lao sausage, and cashew nut chicken. Sometimes, there's only one server, but they are very polite and efficient and not the kind that get grumpy because they're the only one on the floor.“
