Royal Kuhio Resort Condos

The Royal Kuhio is in an ideal location to walk everywhere in Waikiki. You find delicious food right out your front door and beyond. The building is being repaired, as it is an older building. Everything in our units was in working order. Peek a boo view of the ocean from my Waikiki facing lanai was great. There are 31 floors in this location. Pool is ok, not fancy and hot tub and rest of deck under construction. We had so much to do didn't use it or miss it.

Quality mid-range condos with decent amenities. Large laundry room, exercise room, and 6 story parking garage. Pool and Recreation deck has been closed for over a year due to renovations so that was a little frustrating but we prefer the beach anyway. Had one frustrating event when our lock stopped working and had to wait for several hours to have maintenance come to the building during evening hours and fix the issue. We stayed here with our friends for a couple of nights. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Just the right amount of space And quiet! Great amenities. Beds were 5 star. And love the AC! A little awkward to get to the lower level parking area but secure, and conveniently located just a few mins to the beach!! Note: pool is still under construction. Mahalo for the great stay!
