Driving back from the west coast tonight and we wanted Thai. Fast casual restaurant, which was perfect because we were still in our beach attire. Very clean place, the front staff who waited on us were exceptionally nice and accommodating. We ordered the shrimp pineapple curry, chicken, panang curry, pad Thai, and a beef curry (Masaman) that was more like a stew. The day was November 11th. Windy and cold, we looked for a restaurant to eat at. Settling for a sub chain next door, disgruntled of course, we got out of the car.Then out of the corner of my eye I spotted a small restaurant. Supa Thai. Neighborhood Thai restaurant with about 7 tables. We we arrived about 530pm which was perfect. Soon after all the other tables filled up.Shared an order of their Khao Soi with mixed seafood and an order of their yellow chicken curry combo (served with rice and 3 spring rolls. It was more food than the two of us could eat. Ended up taking out about a half a meal's worth of deliciousness. Portions generous. Looking forward to returning.
