Was hoping this would be my new spot since i usually drive all the way to Chino Hills but was disappointed at the value and price..1st off the cash only deal was just ok..what made it worse was getting few tiny pieces of Galbi..half of what I usually get at other places.. guess they dont have much competition but wont be back.
FIrst trip to a Korean restaurant outside of BBQ and it was well worth the effort. If you want to experience Korean food in an authentic way, but do not want to feel judged for eating your bibimbap with chopsticks instead of a spoon, Da Rae is where you can go. Service was attentive and willing to offer suggestions. Hot stone bibimbap was a wonderful dish and experience as I had never had anything served to me in this manner. Stopped here for dinner and ordered a #80 combo (LA galbi beef ribs and clam sundubu jigae)
Food was excellent and fresh with a generous amount of side dish
