I've been very obsessed with their salmon lately. My plate has white rice and seasoned veggies. Their salmon was cooked perfectly and not dry. I like to place my pick up orders online if I am in a rush.
We’d heard a mix of really good and really bad reviews about El Chingon, so we decided to try it for ourselves with a to-go order.
Overall, it wasn’t the best experience, but it definitely wasn’t the worst either. For the price point, the meat portions felt pretty small, which was disappointing. The steak was also a miss—it came out way too raw, even though we specifically asked for medium.

Tried this spot as it was on our way to Temecula. Very accommodating to make gluten free options. They also have gluten free soy sauce. Our server Elvia was very attentive and welcoming. Food had flavor and we were happy.
