First, I booked a party and became very sick and they allowed me to rebook with no issues!! Second, we had the party and catering… it was amazing! The food, the service, the set up, the clean up! I could not ask for better catering! I would definitely hire this team again!!

The food was fantastic, the chefs were great, the taste of everything was just delicious. It was just an overall great experience.

Hibachi Catering is an amazing new spot offering incredible, delicious, and fresh food. The menu features tasty tepanyaki-style meals without the wait, including a very tasty steak cooked to order, tender meat fresh off the grill, and flavorful veggies. Standout items include a super juicy and huge new burger, a creamy and comforting new pasta with chorizo, and good soup and salad. The concept is like a Mexican and Japanese fusion, highlighted by unique wonton chips and sweet sauce. Their special ginger sauce and other sauces add a standout touch. Options like the half and half chicken steak with rice and vegetables are available.
The service is wonderful, amazing, and attentive, with staff noted for being kind and making guests feel welcome right away. The hospitality and effort are clearly present. The decor is also praised. The overall value for the fresh, reasonably priced food is amazing. While the rice may differ from some expectations, the taste buds are satisfied. The experience is slightly noted for lively background music. This is a clean, beautiful place that customers love, promise to return to, become regulars at, and would definitely recommend.
