Islands is a cool spot, but the food is just okay. The beer was cold and my waitress / bartender was attentive without being overly present. I tipped her 10 bucks and drop 35 on a beer and a burger. It'd be different if it didn't cost so much. When you spend 45 bucks for lunch it should be better.

Parking: If you're wondering why I gave four and five stars for a mediocre lunch, it's because I can see Islands being more of a night spot.

Good food as always, i am only marking down one star on food for selfish reasons: they no longer have truffle fries and they changed the tortilla strips in the tortilla soup to a spicy strip. That totally changes the flavor of the soup, still good, but it was a surprise.

I keep meaning to write a review. Here it is. This Islands has THE best customer service. Every time we come here, the servers are so friendly and accommodating. The food is great as well. I don’t know why everyone here is so nice. Must be great management.
