I just want to say I love this back in the box. Great customer service !! Always clean and everyone is very friendly ! Carlos at the drive thru is super professional and on point !!! I’ll definitely be back again !!!
I love this Jack-in the box! Me and my family specifically go to this one even though there is one closer. Great customer service from all especially Carlos! Occasionally there was a problem ordering through the app but they made it right. Haven't had any problems after the app update. The app is convenient to order ahead to save time and digital deals saves me money. I honestly don't understand why all the bad reviews.
Had to leave a review. Carlos took my drive thru order. He has a great personality, very courteous and radiates such positive vibes. In a time where you're spending $15-20 for a fast food meal. The last thing you want is mediocre service. This guy is a 10.
