My experience at this McDonald’s was unacceptable. Last Friday, I placed a mobile order for drive-thru pickup. At the speaker, I provided my code and was told to move forward. When I reached the first window, I gave the code again, and the employee insisted several times that there was no order associated with it. I showed her my receipt email and the app, yet she kept repeating that she “didn’t know” and that “there was no order,” without offering any solution.
While I was still trying to explain, she closed the window in my face without a single word. This was extremely disrespectful and completely unprofessional. When she opened the window again, she simply asked if my name was Vanessa, and after I said yes, she waved her hand for me to move forward—no apology, no courtesy, nothing.
At the second window, I finally received my order, but the employee there didn’t even greet me. On top of that, I had ordered medium fries, and once again they were almost empty. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.
I also want to mention that I speak English with an accent, and I genuinely felt that the employee at the first window treated me poorly because of it. No customer should ever be made to feel disrespected for that reason.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and basic human decency at this location was extremely disappointing.

Man… I hate that this is the closest McDonald’s to us… never fails that there’s something missing from my drive through order or long wait times to get your food. Today was the last straw… 30 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD for indoor dining!!!!! I went up to see if I could see where my food was and it was sitting on a tray at the warming station in kitchen. I then had to wait 5 minutes to ask about it cuz nobody that works there acknowledges the line of customers waiting for their food…. A young male employee finally acknowledged us and after checking said it was our food that had been sitting there for awhile. After one bite of the very hard and cold fries I took it back and asked if we could get fresh fries which he gave us butttttt….. they took our fries that we had already taken a bite of (cuz that’s how we knew it was cold) and they dropped it back into the oil 🤮…
I don’t even blame the employees here. After reading all of the negative reviews that tells me this is purely an owner/mgmnt issue. This is by far the worst managed McDonald’s we’ve been to. The photos shows timeline of when we finally received our food. Ordered 12:12pm and received 12:40pm.

Every single time we order from McDonald’s our order is always messed up and missing items. Just placed a DoorDash order both of my combos were missing the fries and didn’t receive not a single sauce we payed for. This is an issue every single times it take a couple seconds to double check the order has everything!

Might be the slowest drive-thru. I have never waited at a McDonalds drive-thru as much as I waited at this location. Awful management, slow associates or understaffed. Needs a change.
I've been coming to this McDonald's for the past 15 years. I wish I could say it's gotten better with time. For the past year the food and service has gone down hill. The prices are outrageous for the quality of the food they serve. So I decided to research the reviews and found that they all have a similar reviews. Apparently headquarters hasn't read the reviews or they'd have looked into the poor performance of this location. Tiered of paying inflated prices for poor quality and smaller portions. 😔

Truly the worst Mc Donalds franchise I have ever been to. A few weeks ago I spent over 45 min waiting my food and when I got home I was missing a deluxe breakfast AND two sausage eggs mc muffins. I called and spoke to a lady and stated “I’m sorry I wrote your name down you can come in whenever and we’ll give you a new one or a refund” today I come to collect and the manager is no help. She stated she’s unable to do anything without a receipt. Not once did the lady I spoke mention anything about a receipt. I explained to the manager that the lady I spoke took my name and phone number, the manager stated there was nothing there. She offered to comp only 1 meal. It’s ridiculous how disorganized and how slow this Mc Donald’s is. The manager looks like she hates her job, there’s no sense of urgency or even cares to make things right. There’s always something wrong here, the only reason I still come here is because it’s the closet. I will now make the drive to Norco.
Btw! As I was standing there there was a lady, also stated she was missing 2 deluxe breakfast!
I wish I can do zero stars. 1 star is generous.
