I ordered the fish taco especial and was not disappointed. It was a hearty taco and the fish was pleasantly crispy. In addition, I ordered the chips (something I've never done before). I was in love. They were light and crunchy and just the right amount of salt. Also, the fish in the fish taco was light and cruchy, too. So happy with everything that day.

I had such a wonderful experience at Rubio's taco place! I initially ordered two single tacos, but to my surprise, they made it a plate for me instead. I know it sounds so simple but this has never happened to me before. The staff went out of their way to accommodate me and were incredibly kind and friendly throughout my visit. The food was good, both dishes were very flavorful with nice portions. The customer service was on point. Friendly and professional. My only gripe with this place is the level of cleanliness in their dining area. The salsa station specifically.I understand things get busy, but two different employees walked right by it, looked at it, and did nothing. One was even wiping down tables.Not a huge deal but it's not very pleasant and it's a simple fix.
