Bubble & Pearl's Boba Lab is an amazing and fun spot with a very beautiful environment. The customer service is truly top-notch, with unmatched service and helpful employees. The atmosphere is amazing, especially for kids, with stuffies everywhere, great music, and a playful, positive vibe that is clean and lively. The drinks are delicious, with the brown sugar coffee having fire flavor, the strawberry and banana smoothie being refreshing, and the taro with no sweetener having a heavy green tea flavor. The boba is on point with flavor and texture. The Cajun fries are made in the spot and the best, the spam musubi is a hit, and the popcorn chicken is very large in quantity and very good. The Thai tea and smoothies are very good quality. The whole experience feels joyful and family-friendly. While the drinks and food are very good, some reviews note that drinks can lack flavor and the boba can be unsweet. The decor is loved, though some would prefer to see local artists hired for the logo and cup designs instead of an AI vibe. The open kitchen makes the place look less cramped. Highly recommended for great energy.
