New York Pizza Department & Bagels

Ordered a gluten free pizza to go.
I have both gluten and corn allergy and had no problem. Pizza was delicious

The chicken marsala was simply amazing. The pizza was pretty good this time but it had a lot of crust around the edge and that I did not like so much. But truly a great experience we ordered the lasagna which was amazing also. I almost forgot we had my friends 8 year old with us and he rarely eats much at all, and he literally ate the whole plateful of spaghetti and meatballs which was huge. He said it was the best he's ever had. Our server was great. And we had fun

Still the closest thing to authentic NY pizza you’ll find in the Corona and Riverside area. Big foldable thin crust slices, perfect consistency with good structure and not too floppy. I’ve been a customer of NYPD since I moved out here in 2014, and for a while during ownership changes the pies were a bit inconsistent and lacking. But I’m pleased to say under the current ownership, the pies are amazing again and taste like it used to be, how it should be. When I’m craving big thin crust NY slices I order a “Bigga” 18” pie from NYPD and it’s always absolutely delicious and hits the spot. For any NY transplants I highly recommend NYPD.

When you walk in you feel like you’re in an authentic pizza shop. Greeted and attended very well. The garlic cheese bread are one of the best I’ve tasted.
We had the all meat pizza. It was delicious it didn’t have overwhelming of toppings and also I don’t like my pizza with a lot of tomato sauce and that’s how it came. The sauce was just right not too much where it over powers the pizza. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

I have been to this restaurant before. But something today was off. I ordered the calzone with sausage. When it came to the table it was undercooked. The inside wasn't cooked long enough and the outside wasn't crispy at all or brown it was doughy.I wound up taking it home in a box and putting it in the oven.

The food here was very good and filling, I ordered 2 slices of pizza for my two children and even though they finished quickly, they said it was very good and was one of their new favorite pizza restaurants.

Staff was very polite and friendly, the atmosphere is very calming and is a nice place to sit down, chat, and relax with friends or family.

Would definitely recommend!

The pizza is so good, I love the crispy crust and all ingredients are fresh.

Paid over $33 for 2 slices of pizza and a Cobb Salad missing the egg that the meno stated it comes with. I wasn't informed that they were out or I would have ordered something else. Especially fir eait I paid. Never coming back

Parking is good. Area is nice. Entry way is easy to find.

Upon walking in I noticed people already seated and eating. It was around 12pm on a Monday.
I was greeted immediately by a young man.
He helped me navigate the large menu.

I ended up ordering.
One pepperoni pizza
One half cheese and supreme with jalapeños
Buffalo wings
House salad

Let's get into the pizza right away.
Pizza looked like NY style good sign.
Biting into it. Ok wow does taste like NY pizza actually I was surprised. However it is missing sauce. It's definitely a bit dry. Maybe either ask for extra marinara on the pizza or some on the side to dip.
Other than that? Pizza tastes great!

Cooked to perfection. Ordered the medium hot.
Lots of sauce and good chicken. I'd 100% order this again.

House salad. Asked for no spinach but it was put in there anyways so I couldn't eat it unfortunately.

Inside was clean but a bit cluttered.
Just from those few things that's why it's a 4 star not 5.

When you walk into here you're expecting good pizza. The pizza is good but just needs more sauce.
So overall would I return? Without a doubt yes. I'd love to try some other things on their menu.
Also the prices aren't bad either.

Yesterday I went NYPD pizza and waited for my pizza after 40 min of waiting to go and when I got home the pizza tasted like a 7Eleven pizza it was so bad that we threw the whole pizza box in the trash I do not recommend that his place terrible

This place is great, pizza dough is amazing... honestly, best pizza in the IE I've tasted so far. Pasta was good, and so were the appetizers! Service is a little slow at times but not horrible. This place screams NY! Will be back.
