Foods not bad but there's definitely better in the area and in general for Hawaiian food. one thing about this place is that customer service is not great and even one of the girl cashiers there was very rude whenever I went there. Probably won't be coming back here.
We received our food quickly, and it tasted fresh. We ordered a plate that was shareable, and the guy asked us if we wanted an extra plate without us asking for one. I really appreciate it when someone is on top of things. Ono Hawaiian BBQ definitely gets a ?on this visit. ?

This is one of the best chain Hawaiian food spots I've been to, and I eat Hawaiian food a lot lolThe place is clean, nice set up, spacious and well taken care of.The staff are all really nice and helpfulThe portions are GREATAnd the prices are reasonableI have no idea why this place only has 3 stars.They don't have a pit to cook the Kailua pork and fancy aquariums or anything, but For Hawaiian fast food, this place is pretty Dern Legit!

Service is way too slow for "fast" food. The shrimp tastes old and stale. A bunch of kids in there playing around and move at the pace of a snail. Also, people are rude.

Terrible service.I ordered online for the first time and waited 15 mins before I headed over since said 25 min est wait. Got there and they said the ticket printer was down. Said we'll start now and should be out soon. 35 mins later 3 people who ordered after I addressed the issue got the foods before me and my foods still wasn't being worked on. Might lost a customer forever unless this is made right. Sad cause I like ono, but will not support this business rav like this.
