This is one of the best chain Hawaiian food spots I've been to, and I eat Hawaiian food a lot lolThe place is clean, nice set up, spacious and well taken care of.The staff are all really nice and helpfulThe portions are GREATAnd the prices are reasonableI have no idea why this place only has 3 stars.They don't have a pit to cook the Kailua pork and fancy aquariums or anything, but For Hawaiian fast food, this place is pretty Dern Legit!
This is the best Ono's location I've ever been to. The facility was clean and organized, especially the condiment and drink area. The ambient lighting and island music makes you almost feel like you are in Hawaii. The staff provided great and speedy customer service and the food was delicious! Thank you to the Ono's staff for giving me a positive experience and a great lunch!

We received our food quickly, and it tasted fresh. We ordered a plate that was shareable, and the guy asked us if we wanted an extra plate without us asking for one. I really appreciate it when someone is on top of things. Ono Hawaiian BBQ definitely gets a ?on this visit. ?
