RASAM - Authentic Flavors of India is a very good authentic South Indian restaurant preparing a variety of Indian cuisine. The food is amazing, flavorful, and home cooked authentic. All dishes were prepared with such genuine flavor. Specific meals like the Naan and Paneer butter masala, Malabar dum Biryani, Kerala Parotta, samosas, pani puri, butter chicken, chef special butter chicken biriyani, and fish curry are very tasty, come out quick, and are very fresh. The south Indian coffee takes you right back to Kerala, and the chat is the perfect mix of sweet, tangy and crunchy. The portion sizes are surprisingly generous. The staff is very courteous, attentive, and incredibly friendly, providing the feeling of being welcomed. The atmosphere and the setting of the tables render the dining area spacious with good ambience for fine dine. The whole experience feels warm and welcoming.
