I'm not a Starbucks fan, so I don't really like their coffee. I would rather go to am pm and make it myself at my satisfaction. Is waaaay cheaper, and they have different flavors. I don't have to be asking for creamer and sugar like you do at Starbucks. Service was just ok, I think that because it was too early on a Sunday, the girls weren't that motivated.
Disappointed with the service. Walked in apparently 2 min after lobby closing time. Was greeted by a young girl with a big smile telling me "too bad so sad but we are closed". Are you serious? You don't even know if a customer needed to use a bathroom, or didn't have a car and needed to order inside. The customer service at this store was amazing. The cashier was sweet and did everything to make the ordering experience great, even when the mean, raggedy looking woman in front of me berated her. I feel bad that the employees have to deal with such entitled jerks,but at least they keep the shop professional.
